As if my appearance in some way indicated that this couldn't be possible. This is how the appointment started out. Dr Talbot was very professional but very stern with no smile, no warmth or compassion whatsoever. To sum it up, if you are looking for a friendly dentist's office where the staff treat you with respect, dignity and compassion, this place is definitely not it. So many people are terrified of visiting the dentist and need reassurance and compassion before sitting in the dentist chair and will have to face the witch sitting at the reception desk who will size them up according to how they dress.
