They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!

While talking to Misty, we talked several times and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I hired her and she didn't hesitate to jump right in. She did as I asked and a few extras. She updated me and kepted in touch everyday. She called when she had questions and I can appreciate someone who isn't afraid to ask me things about my loved ones needs. Caring for my loved one is more hands on than the average person and Misty treated my loved one with respects and dignity.
