After pre paying and giving all my info including address & phone numbers, I went home a happy customer. But apparently they miscalculated and the $80 I still owed was billed to some other address. They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!

When I first started seeing him, the pain was so bad in my back and neck, and I had a hard time sitting, standing, and even moving my arms. I had seen my regular doctor, then went through physical therapy, but nothing helped. The doctor said that I has osteo-arthritis in my cervical spine. He said I would be in this pain for the rest of my life, and within 15 years, my spine would fuse together. He said the only thing I can do now is pain management. I was in despair. Someone suggested a chiropractor. After my prior experience with one, I was afraid. When I first saw Dr. Carlson, I explained my fears of chiropractors, and of my physical condition that led me to him. He assured me that I would be ok, and that I would get through this. He did his first adjustment with gentleness, and had other methods of adjusting my neck, which was one of my fears. I remember being in a therapy room and just cried. I felt so hopeless. He walked into that room, and I cried to him, and he again reassured me that I would be ok. I had to go to him for adjustments, initially, about twice a week for several weeks, but he got me past the point of despair! It has been well over 10 years now, and I still go to him regularly. Not only am I fully functional, but my spine has not fused! I had even started running, and completed many races, including a full marathon! Yes, I still have issues, but he quickly works to get me back on track. He is very kind and compassionate, and his Staff are also very helpful and kind. I have been with him many years, and don't see myself going anywhere else.

I was referred by a friend, and never needed to go anywhere else! The facility is always immaculate, the staff are friendly, and the range of therapies available after an adjustment cater to the needs of the patient. I hope to stay with Dr. Carlson and staff indefinitely.

I mean it should speak wonders…read morethat Ive flown as far as Alaska , Montana, Pennsylvania. to visit these docs...plus finding an out of state doc is almost impossible these days... I should mention I'm a travel nurse... but the point is they're amazing here. They always make time for me especially if they know I'm on an assignment. Wonderful Doctors and actually take the time needed with patients...It's nice and it honestly should be appreciated more because it's becoming a lost art. I'm always so busy but y'all do Awesome work should be acknowledged for it...
