I've been his patient for almost two years, and in that time he's been instrumental to the diagnosis and management of my debilitating and confusing pain. Dr. Nassiri has perfect bedside manner; he's extremely personable, kind, high energy, warm, and has a sincere passion for helping people get better that comes through in everything he does. He's brilliantly smart and truly works with his patients as an advocate to leave no stone unturned in getting to the source of their pain. In every single one of our encounters he has gone so far above and beyond what was expected, because he genuinely cares. Truly, there's nothing else one could ask for in a medical practitioner. I'd recommend any family member, friend, and of course many strangers on the internet to the care of Dr. Nassiri. He is the doctor who you want on your side when you're in pain. Also, Priscilla at the desk is an absolute gem. This office runs so smoothly and is perfectly streamlined when it comes to making appointments and scheduling procedures. They've got it down to a science. Thank you, Westside Pain Specialists for being all around wonderful during the extremely difficult experience of living with pain. Would give 10 stars if I could!

As a person in recovery, I have been in the care of a lot of doctors. Being a doctor is a lot of work, but being a doctor for an addict requires an extra level of understanding. It takes patience and quite a bit of extra time to figure out a patient's more sensitive needs and often long and detailed drug history. I have been seeing Dr. Peterson since I moved to LA in the spring of last year, so for over a year now. I notice a stark difference between his methods of practice and addictions specialists I have seen in the past. Dr. Peterson has really taken the time to get to know my personal history with medications I have been prescribed in the past and double and triple check my subjective experiences with these medications while in addition to my medical record. Often for addicts, medication is an emotional subject; Dr. Peterson's therapeutic communication is superior to all other doctors I have seen since shifting from regular family physicians to addiction specialists and I have always felt comfortable and never embarrassed in his care. Dr. Peterson has gone above and beyond to get to know me as a patient and a person. He knows addiction treatment is more dynamic process than writing patient prescriptions. He understands addiction as an incurable disease that requires lifelong treatment and tackles this truth head-on with a contagiously positive and motivating attitude. It is a fact that Dr. Peterson has improved my quality of life not only through his care as a medical provider but also as a role model. Another point I would like to note is that he remains conscious of a patient's financial situation, another example of his ethical excellence.

I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Nikita is amazing and friendly always making me feel calm while doing my medical intake (it would always cause me anxiety to discuss my medical problems). And Julie, she's at check out, super sweet and helpful when it comes to insurance questions and booking appts and procedures. The surgical center, hands down the best! From front desk to the nursing team, they are all super comforting. I had Sonia and Chelsea as my nurses and they always went above and beyond.

The receptionists are kind and caring and the waiting room is stylish, comfortable and welcoming. To be honest, I was very anxious about the infusions, having never done anything like that before. I met with Pascal who was very encouraging and supportive, answering all my questions. Then I met my nurse Victoria. I cannot recommend her enough. She intentionally made sure she was there for every infusion because she knew that familiarity and consistency was important to me and the process. She was caring, reassuring and went over and beyond. She was such a good listener and offered so much support to me. I became very comfortable and safe with the infusions with her help. It's been a couple of weeks now since completion and I am feeling significantly better. I've been able to measure the healing effects of Ketamine by seeing changes in my behavior in certain situations that used to cause anxiety and panic. So much of my anxiety is gone! I feel so free. I used to suffer from claustrophobia, even in an enclosed bathroom. Now I don't even give it much thought when locking the door. WOW! That feels so good. And having been a people pleaser all my life, I've noticed I'm able to set boundaries now with other people. That is something very new to me. I'm looking forward to doing some maintenance infusions at the clinic in the near future to keep up the work. Thank you Ketamine Clinic of Los Angeles for everything!

After a lot of research, I came across Ketamine IV therapy. I can honestly say I wish I had discovered this option sooner. Having tried so many therapists and medications in the past, I was skeptical about how effective this would be. For the first time ever, I am happy to say my skepticism was wrong. From my first meeting with Dr. Jeffrey Cantrell, I was impressed by his sheer honesty and how informative he was regarding Ketamine treatments. I was especially struck by the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me; unlike other providers I've encountered, he told me straight up that Ketamine isn't a cure. He explained that while it helps most people relieve symptoms of trauma some within the first few sessions and others over a longer period ,it is a tool, not a magic fix. Much to my surprise, I felt the effects after the very first day. My life has made a complete 180 since then. While it isn't a cure, it feels very close to one for me. Dr. Cantrell's knowledge and passion are noteworthy it is refreshing to find a healthcare professional who truly believes in what they do and genuinely cares. It's a rare trait indeed. The office itself is calm and inviting. The front desk staff are incredibly positive and helpful, and you can tell they are confident in the work being done there. My treatments have been administered by a fantastic nurse (shout out to Nurse Kevin!), whose calm and friendly demeanor helped ease my nervousness during those first few infusions. Having someone so informative and reassuring through the process was a wonderful help. I am very thankful for his patience and for always making sure I was comfortable before each session. From the waiting room to the infusion rooms, the clinic is absolutely spotless. I truly hope more people who are struggling find this treatment. It has done so much for me in the past few months that I wish it were offered to people as a primary option sooner. This treatment is worth the shot, especially if you have been struggling for as long as I have. Starting treatment here was the best decision I ever made. Thank You to Everyone at the clinic for making me feel so welcome !

My situation changed financially so I couldn't afford to go back but I honestly felt like it was very helpful while I was in the program. No later than 5 minutes later I get personal texts from the clinical staff BEGGING for good reviews. Then I had a question regarding my medication and texted the number and they threatened to block me! So I brushed that off. The last straw I had an accident with my Nasal Spray where it was frozen in a hotel room fridge and crystalized and has a slow leak. The pharmacy accused me of , overusing, sharing and manipulating the medication. I asked if they looked at the pictures and videos of the leak and they said no they didn't have time and to reach Dr. M for him to decide what to do. 30 minutes later I get an email from Dr. M accusing me of being an addict!! This is suppose to be a HEALING clinic, but its done nothing that run my bank dry, and cause me MORE anxiety. Dont call yourselfs a HEALING clinic if youre just going to accuse your patients of being addicts. I made a few last ditch efforts to resolve this nicely, because $400 waste of a product really upset me and they couldnt even do a refund or a replacement. Anyways DR.M instead of acting like an adult acted like a literal CHILD and decided to BLOCK MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. So this place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Yes Ketamine/Oxytocin is wonderful for my depression and chronic pain but there are other providers out there that wont overcharge you, or medically gaslight you and accuse you of being an addict take your money and block you.

From the moment I arrived, every nurse I encountered has been an absolute sweetheart--attentive, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They never let me fall asleep feeling worried, and they consistently made me feel safe and supported. I came into the ER on Tuesday night with my children, and the staff helped me immediately. What started as a normal day ended with me being admitted and scheduled for surgery. I'm here alone, and while my kids are thankfully with family, being in the hospital on a holiday by yourself is a heavy feeling. You want to be home, but you also don't want to take anyone else away from their plans. The reality of my surgery hit me hard. Wanting a tiny bit of comfort, I called the kitchen right as they were closing just to ask--if possible--for some ice cream. Nothing specific, just something small to lift my mood. I got the voicemail and left a simple message, saying I understood if it wasn't doable and wishing them a happy holiday. About 20-30 minutes later, there was a knock at my door. Even though the kitchen was closed, a staff member brought me a cup of ice cream--and surprised me with the sweetest little strawberry cake topped with whipped cream. That act of kindness meant so much to me. It's those small, thoughtful moments that remind you how good people can be.
