Agreed to a…read morereasonable quote regarding cost and time, $140 and two weeks for restringing the violin and bow, repairing the pegs and replacing the tuners, left the violin with them that day. I have not heard from the company since. I have called four times, and visited the storefront once {today, four weeks since leaving my violin} the shop was not open, despite it being their published business hours, and I haven't heard from them since the day I left my violin with them. I am furious and want my violin back. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. I could understand if something had come up and they had reached out to me, if there were a delay or an illness, and they told me it was going to take longer, I'd be entirely happy to let them have the time they needed. If something came up that the repair would cost more, and they communicated that, I'd be pleased to agree. This lack of contact, and non-availability makes me wonder if I'll ever see my instrument again.

They will also learn how to prepare for roles beginning with auditions and rehearsals. It's really a fun process to watch a production from start to finish for the adults as it is for the children. I'm not sure if this is what voice or music lessons are usually like, but I was very disappointed in this experience and I chose to walk out of the lesson due to the unprofessionalism Hailey portrayed. I was called the next day to inform me the instrument was going to need more then expected and it went up to $160 SAME turnaround time. My very inpatient son after a week in a half asked me to call and get an update. I did but they didn't have an update. A little over 2 weeks I called a they say instrument will be in on Friday.
