He quickly diagnosed the problem, wrote me a prescription for Colchicine, and had one of his amazing staff members draw blood to test my uric acid levels. A few days later I received a personal call from Dr Peck informing me that I did in fact have high levels of uric acid levels and he promptly prescribed me Allopurinol to help me manage my gout. Over the course of the past year Dr Peck has worked wonders to guide me to much improved UA levels, and I am now at the point where I no longer have any dreaded gout "twinges" in my ankles and toes.
