Like the fact that my wrist has been sprain for 2 weeks and this is the first time I've had a chance to come to the doctor. I asked for x-rays and an MRI because the last time this office treated a torn ligament in my leg, fast forward almost 12 years later, it's still messed up, still in excruciating pain, and I literally just asked them to re-screen my leg and of course, Dr. Cluck Wenger would not, and worst office manager of the year, Shawndra, literally sat back and watched him refuse service to me. ANYtime I have an issue with this office it's with this racist, overly emotional doctor named Dr. Wenger and at this rate I don't know what his issue is, but it's ridiculous. And the person that runs this office, Shawndra Thomas, A whole idiot if I ever saw one. It's 4 PM I had a doctors appointment at 2:15, and I'm barely walking out right now because of her incompetence, as well as the incompetence of her so-called doctors, and her inability to not only manage her stuff, but discipline them correctly when they're obviously discriminating against a patient.
