I've also never waited in the waiting room for longer than a minute or two, so their prompt attention to appointments is something I've never experienced in a dentist's office. Wonderful. TVs in the room with your command of the control are also a nice, comforting touch. I will continue to recommend this local establishment. Thanks for the top notch experience.

I had a horrific experience getting a teeth cleaning via Dr fanger. I'm not sure if he is a regular dr there or a student, But he by far was unprofessional and caused me weeks of pain after my cleaning. I missed my appointment in March due to the circumstances at hand. My teeth are in wonderful condition and I had last had xrays in sept 2019. I opted to not get them yesterday as I just needed a cleaning, and I also have been affected so I frankly didn't have the extra Money to do it nor did I need it. I had let them know over the phone when booking that it was a cleaning only but when I re mentioned it, it seemed like I was a hassle. After that, your hygienist took care of her duties, very nice and easy. (Front desk worker is a lovey person as well) The dentist was to do my cleaning, I did not recognize him from your website and I do not remember his name. He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working.

However, she gave ways this still could happen. She offered hope. She and the team won't lie to you. They don't suggest short term options like many places I've been. They of course value your decision, yet offer what strengths your bones. I went for a free consultation and left with the determination of financing my needs as North Seattle Dentures and Implants are the only place I trust with my needs. They sincerely care about the clients. It's that feeling you get after being at so many places. That inner peace or gut feeling. You'll hear more from me once I find a lender. Judi

Truly, the Best…read more Dr. Nagatomo, and the full support team here are outstanding ! The Doctor is a good listener, and made sure that all of my concerns and issues were addressed before the surgery. I had her do 2 dental implants for me. I am very pleased with the results ! The process was smooth, and most professional. For the first implant I elected to be awake during the surgery. Everything went nicely. The Doctor, and her Assistant, Shauna were efficient and very thorough. (Shauna was so nice, too !) During the procedure they provided me with details on where in the process we were. There was no pain during the procedure. The pain after surgery was just for about one day. It is now over a year later, and I am most pleased with the surgery; the implanted post; and the top tooth. I had a second implant recently. For this tooth I chose to be sedated during the process. The implant went smoothly, and the results are great ! In a few months I will have a follow-up exam with the Doctor, and the schedule the top tooth. I don't remember much from the surgery, but observe that I have a great implant now ! The "support staff" in the office are excellent. The Front Desk staff person was detailed and helpful. The clinical staff were professional, and kind. Throughout the process, there was good attention paid to my comfort; and the overall focus on a "good outcome". Dr. Nagatomo is very experienced and well educated in this profession. She was very kind and professional in all of my communications with her. If you want "The Best", this is it.

It is obvious Dr. Kang, his assistant Michelle, and all staff are passionate about their work and love what they do.
