The answer is no, since the same doctor is still caring…read morefor me 25 years later. :D In 2000, I had a tooth implant post surgically attached to the jaw bone via a dental surgeon. In 2001, I came to Dr. Michael Johnson to create the implant crown. The combined cost of the two procedures felt astronomical back then and probably still is. I hoped that this one tooth will last! During the initial attachment of the crown, Dr. Johnson said he is using a temporary cement in case any modifications were needed that would require removing the crowd and that I should come back for a final cement when it naturally comes off. That initial temporary cement lasted 10+ years, and I returned once in the 2010's to cement that crown in again. In Jan of 2026, the crown popped off while I was flossing. It is still in excellent condition, and Dr. Johnson was able to cement it back on again after an examination. All in all, this investment is still holding up well. Especially if you are younger with healthy bones, choose an implant over a bridge.

Twice I had to reschedule and couldn't get in again for 6 weeks and two months. Every time I needed to come back I had to wait weeks. Because of this, the process took many months more than needed. His prices are outrageous, and he himself is arrogant and obnoxious. I am moving to Mexico, and needed to be finished when we agreed. He didn't finish on time, and when I tried to talk to him about it, he shut me down. My dentures fit nicely and I don't need adhesive. This is very good, but I have huge issues with my experience there.

After dealing with a really bad tooth my whole pregnancy Dr. Wellborn was able to squeeze me in last minute to get my tooth assessed. He could see how much pain this was causing me and immediately started repairing my tooth. He was so kind and non-judgmental of the fact that it had been years since I'd had any dental work done and made an effort to keep me as relaxed as possible. Dr. Wellborn is so casual and has such a great sense of humor about everything. I never fear walking into his office and love all the kind people that welcome you in. Everyone is always willing to help me out with my baby in the office and never has said anything negative about having him with me at all my appointments. Since coming here for my emergency appointment I have become a regular patient and gotten all my family members in for cleanings with him as well. She pressures you to unnecessary procedures and is engaged in borderline insurance fraud because her wealth after moving to the US is not piling up as fast as she would like. Example: She scheduled me to have seven fillings for the seven cavities that I had. I've never had cavities. I switch to a new dentist and surprise, zero cavities. It is common for you to just sit in the chair for long periods of time waiting for her to come by and try to sell you care that isn't necessary. When you talk to her, you swear that you are talking to a used car salesman. Staff is still awesome, but everything else is horrible!

I went for second opinions from three other dentists, none of them said I should. And they are still perfectly fine after two years. The one time I went in for a teeth cleaning, the doctor kept talking until at a time he said there's no more time left today to clean the teeth and I needed to make another appointment. The next day I went in for a job unfinished, they told me I had to be charged a second copay of $70. When I argued that it wasn't even my fault that his speech went over time and caused me all the trouble to come back a second time, the doctor's wife ran out and pointed at the door asking me to leave. Go talk to your insurance! Not us! That's what she literally said. I couldn't believe a used-to-be smiling face could turn so ugly. Never going back. Update: While they claim they follow so-called their own standard procedure, I am surprised having seen, to the rudest extent, the way they talked to their patients. Dr. Han literally said he would not accept my Delta Dental Clean Plan in the future simply because he's never heard of this. My kids used to clean their teeth in this clinic, after we transferred out, during the first visit to another dentist's, we were astonished to be notified that our yearly paramount Xray benefit was already being taken/used by Pristine, but actually, they did not do it at all. This happened right under my eyes, and if we hadn't moved, we would never find out what they did behind our backs.
