He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Most owners of companies don't act like they are service technicians! I had no idea and was very impressed with the way he conducted himself, and in doing his business. So people I'm telling you if you needrespectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, excellent technician /owner for electrical work or for small appliances. Just call Mike you won't regret it!! All repairs were completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend SOS Electric. I also appreciate how easy it was to use Yelp to find a contractor.

During a large electric job, a stove top was placed under a new outlet. Carpenter recommended an easy way to fix this; JRS II said the new cabinets had to come down, the new drywall removed, the new insulation removed and all wiring redone. I repeatedly asked for another solution that would not cost time and money and was told there was no way. At a loss as to why, I called the electrical inspector who then spoke directly to the owner of JRS II and the simple, cost effective solution was only then completed (the same one carpenter had recommended that I was told was impossible). Additionally was charged, without prior notice, for driving time, lunches, breaks, and overtime. Company has not repaired a small problem (new refrigerator trips brand new outlet they installed--but works in old outlets) for more than two months. They said they would repair *only* when the large bill was completely paid in full. Once that happened, they have still not come to fix the issue. The only thing a loyal customer wants to hear is, "how can I make it right?" No other defense is necessary.
