As the professional, I believe Vanessa should have explained that achieving results lasting at least six months would require prioritizing certain areas or adjusting the dosage accordingly. Instead, the distribution of units did not align with that expectation. My results lasted about a month. For example, I typically receive 27 units typically used around the eyes and about 4 units total for nasal flare, yet only one platysmal band on my neck was treated all for $200. The treatment plan may not have been optimized for balanced or long-lasting results. I would have appreciated more transparency and guidance in making informed decision delivering results and customer client trust and to best allocate the units for my goals.

The reception replied with it was an error on their behalf in my appointment is at 3:30. So I left work early and it took me an hour to get to the office. When I confirmed the complimentary upon checking in. The receptionist said let me confirm, she left me there waiting for about 10 minutes only to come out and say no your appointment was at 2:00 p.m. no other explanations or apologies, the facialist also didn't come out to speak to me. I told him this is unacceptable I called to confirm I text and received confirmation. And how I took a time out of my day to drive an hour to their office. It wasn't until I was two steps out the door that I told her that this behavior is unprofessional and I will be leaving a review. I paid over $750 for my services I really don't appreciate how I was treated. I'm an extremely loyal customer when I'm treated with respect and I would have been a returning clients I will never recommend you or step foot in your office again.
