From picking the new wallpaper online - what would fit in our area, the type of wallpaper, companies that sell wallpaper, etc he was more than happy to help with the process and the tiny details. On the day of the install there was a team of two people who were very knowledgeable about what they were doing, confident and very professional. I had a jungle theme and they made sure the tiger was square in the middle of the wall just like I wanted. They were happy to unroll all the wallpaper in my family room to figure out what would go where. They had so much equipment and tools to precisely place the wallpaper where it needed to go. They were perfectionists about getting everything right and really there's no way better to describe them than as true artists! The wallpaper application was exceptional. I absolutely love looking at it and visit the room where they put it up several times a day just to admire the work. You can see they took so much pride in what they did and it was not just regular work to them. It was a very expensive grass cloth paper, and I knew it was going to take professional installation. It should have been a 1/2 day job, but it turned out to be a 3 visit job - not because of their skills, but because the wallpaper turned out to be very problematic. The manufacturer did not give proper instructions on specific glue necessary and consequently even with proper wall preparation and standard glue, the wallpaper would not cooperate or lay down properly. Kimeron was so apologetic and even contacted the manufacturer to explain the problem and get additional information on how to install this very difficult paper. She even got them to mail me another roll of paper at no expense to me. At all times Kimeron was so accommodating and responsible to make sure the job was done properly and that I was happy with the installation. I know she lost money on my job, but she did not hesitate to make multiple visits to get this paper installed correctly. I would highly recommend K and B Wallpaper.

Wharton came out to check the room and the paper a few days before the installation. Wharton and Carlos did the installation. It had to be very precise as we'd bought just enough wallpaper to cover the wall. In addition to installing the wallpaper, the price included stripping the existing paint, and sanding and priming the wall. The work was done in early December 2025 and to date (March 2026) there has been no change in the appearance. It's an excellent piece of work. Hard to see the seams, very flat and smooth. Depending on where you live you'll likely get different people but Decor Dreams seems to have access to a wide range of skilled crews and prides itself on doing good work.

Our project required multiple steps, including applying a skim coat, priming, and then installing the wallpaper. Max came back for each stage, was always punctual, and consistently delivered high-quality work throughout the process. We chose a plaid wallpaper pattern, and because our walls are slightly uneven, some of the lines didn't perfectly align at first. Max was very responsive and proactive in making adjustments to improve the overall look, which showed both his expertise and commitment to getting things right.
