Everything ranging from handpainted trinkets to entire signs dedicated to all the stores I've known and loved for the last 20 years, down to the most delicate bottles of sand and shells. Unfortunately, I had to take a plane to come here, so buying anything larger was off the table-- I do so wish they had an online store!-- but the small items I bought were both adorable and incredibly well priced. On top of that, I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the easygoing conversation I shared with the cashier while checking out brought the entire shopping experience to a perfect end. I hope this shop stays for many more years to come, because I want to stop by again next year with a bigger suitcase!

Sane said "no pets". I told her that my dog would not be out of the stroller and she said I couldn't come in. Really? In this day and age? Not nice and lost business and future business from not only me, but my family and now friends that may want to go. This woman has always been cold but this takes the cake! I'm saddened that this will now be an end of an era for many. Poor customer relations from this business.

Sunset Beach is a must-visit every time I go to the Jersey Cape - have watched the ship off shore slowly be reclaimed by the elements. It has also been interesting to watch the little shops slowly expand and update from year to year - now featuring plenty (usually) of parking, a mini golf course, a small but nice restaurant, nearby concrete WWII tower converted to a museum, etc. I have noticed that the Cape May Diamonds® are thinning out a bit compared to the late 70s, but there are still plenty to find - which makes this a great location to take the kids & the great thing is you don't have to spend a dime if you don't want to. Also, there is a reason for the name - great location to watch sunsets out over the bay! Highly recommended!

Losing $29.99 to a bad beach umbrella is not going to change my life, but to be called a liar because queen nasty doesn't want to stand behind her products is a bit much. I have been coming to Sea Isle City for 40 plus years, and never had anything like that. You would be much better off going to Sands department store (near the Acme) or Dalrymples down on JFK. I walked in with my rambunctious 2 yr old and the owner was so nice. She tried to keep my daughter occupied while I shopped, letting her try on backpacks and play with toys. It has a unique selection of merchandise. The other children's boutique in the area, Lynn Arden, carries very traditional baby wear. This place has a lot of organic and definitely "funkier" clothes. The owner is really nice and answered all of our questions about the nature of the gift items. I picked up a discounted sailor nutcracker etched with "Cape May" on the bottom as a belated Christmas gift. They also have a nice collection of shot glasses, bracelets, ornaments, cards, magnets, shirts, and other gifts. It's worth a stop if you're looking for some stocking stuffers or trinkets.
