We…read morewere excited to meet the staff and see what our daughter would be doing, as we had in other schools that she had been in. After being delayed for 4 weeks due to construction, and then being told the week before the school had actually moved, we arrived to a new building with no little to no parking and no signs saying where the school was. When we finally found it, we were greeted with a mask mandate that wasn't communicated, and a room that was a quarter of the size of their old space. These things we could deal with. It was what followed that completely soured our opinion of the school. The man at the entrance simply told about the masking and then told us that we could leave and didn't have to stick around. While he was polite, we were confused. In other schools, we more than welcome to wait and watch our daughter enjoy her class. When we told him we wanted to wait, he got annoyed and immediately got the owner. When she approached us she explained that they don't allow the parents to wait and that we should use this as "free time" and that we could come back five minutes before class ended to watch. She then basically pushed us out of the building. This wasn't communicated before hand, so our daughter was upset by this. Once we assured her we were just outside, we left to find other parents waiting in the parking lot just as confused and irritated as us. One parent went back in to complain, and instead of being gracious and helping we later heard the headmistress aggressively complaining to her staff about the parent, fully in front of the children they were supposed to be teaching. When we went back to watch, the instructors were already cleaning up and the headmistress had to tell the instructor to go back and show us what they had taught our daughter. We were greeted with a 5 minute stretching session that showed us nothing that our daughter didn't already know before going into the class. Between this all this, the complete lack of communication on the staff's part and the fact that the classes are 30 minutes long, which is half the time other dance studios are offering at twice the price, this studio does not hold its value at all.

Well, the gym decided to restructure and Maryann moved on. So, I followed her. She's THAT GREAT. Zumba is a great workout: high intensity cardio that feels like a party. Sounds cliche, but it true. Zumba with Maryann takes it up a notch because Maryann herself is AMAZING. Such a fun personality, she allows you to relax and not take yourself too seriously. Because, if you take yourself too seriously, Zumba is NOT for you. You need to let loose, let the music move you and just enjoy yourself. I did, and so far I have lost 57 pounds. And counting. He's learned confidence and built strength all while having fun! The older kids on the team motivate and support the younger guys and it's so refreshing to see. There is such a sense of camaraderie with them all. We just signed our 3yo up for classes each week and I attend their adult class each week. The owners and instructors are wonderful and take their job very seriously and are attentive. I always feel like my son is in good hands and is always safe. We also had the chance to host my 3yo's birthday party here a few weeks ago. Not only did our family have a blast but all the guests are STILL raving about it. It was run seamlessly and with great coordination. We didn't feel rushed and the kids all had so much fun. Highly recommend! I cannot rave enough about their team, their general classes and their birthday parties! We always feel like family when we're there and are excited about the years ahead at WGA. The coaches are kind, constructive, competent and have taught my daughter so many skills from back hand springs to ariels to flips on bars. So glad that we found this gym as others we tried had terribly harsh coaches that left my daughter in tears. No tears here just great athleticism and spirit!

He can focus on independent play and can easily go over an hour doing an activity. Then, magically, he cleans up what he was working on.
