My friend and I had to come to Glenn Mills for something quick and wanted to make the drive…read moreworthwhile, so we decide to pop into a barre class. First, I have to say that $23 for a drop in class is an amazing price nowadays! Signing up online was simple and check in was smooth. The studio is spacious and clean, with water bottle filling stations, cubbies, and bathrooms. My friend did not have her own yoga mat and the studio was able to lend her one. The instructor, Emily, was friendly and welcoming, especially being we were probably the only new students in a class of regulars. The class itself was perfectly challenging in all the right ways! Barre is such a fun concept and Barre Balanced executes the class wonderfully. My friend and I had a great experience here and both agreed we would be back for barre or another one of their classes if we have the chance again!
