The owner of the salon, Jessica Kellogg, is sooooooo pleasant. What a breath of fresh air! She's talkative, her knowledge is extensive and she truly cares about the comfort of her clients. She listens carefully as we explain to her how we want her to cut our hair. She looks at the pictures we provide, talks to us during the hair cutting process, every so often has us check in the mirror to see if she's on the right track. She's so easy to talk to. I'm a terrible conversationalist but she had me chattering up a storm! I liked her so much, that, before I left, I made an appointment for my next haircut. I definitely recommend her.
