During those 48 hours, over a dozen interested parties toured the condo. The entire process--from our first meeting to closing--was so easy because Terri works very hard for her sellers. With her 30 years of experience, I felt that Terri could offer me advice and choices based on a solid knowledge of the market and her profession. I also knew at every step what was going on and what my options were because she is a fantastic communicator. As I am often on the run, I prefer receiving info via text, and Terri was on it! She'd text me to let me what was going on at every step along the way or to let me know she, the title company, or the HOA had e-mailed me documents. The first time I heard of Terri King was when I asked my parents' financial advisor--who is (very) successful and who recently retired (so he's earned a great vantage point over the years)--if he could recommend a real estate agent. If she felt her listing price was too low she should have listed it for the right value, not try to start a bidding war. On another note...she only had one recommendation for us to use as an inspector should we have wanted an inspection. She gives this person plenty of business so why would he honestly try to look for any defects that would crush the deal or make her renegotiate. Be forewarned! Let the buyer beware (of her).
