At the end, I found my own tenant using craigslist. When tenant lease renewal, I told them increase the rent or move out. Reinhart can reply me the tenant want to stay with no rent increase. (Please note I didn't increase rent for years) How can you be a rental management that don't understand market price. After tenant moves out, they don't check the condo quickly. No move out list about what's wrong. They don't clean for you. Until I have other people told me the Condo is extremely dirty. To be fair, in normal maintenance, they are doing OK job. However, they are inconsistent on their service. For myself, will not do business with them again.

The condo we rented was managed through Reinhart Rentals and we had nothing but problems the short 6 months that we made it there. Our property manager was rude, unresponsive, and did not care about us one bit. For the exorbitant amount of money we were spending each month for rent, I expected a lot more. The condo was dirty when we moved in, stains on the carpet that I clearly marked on the inventory checklist, walls were dinged & had marks on them, blinds were broken, faucet leaked, I can go on and on. Upon breaking our lease and moving out because we relocated, we were charged for the marks on the walls and dirty carpet that was there when we moved in. Do yourself a favor and don't rent anything that's managed by Reinhart Rentals. They do not care about you at all and are just money-hungry. Also, stay away from the Barclay Park Condos, overall. My brand new car was hit by a fellow resident 3 months after we moved in. The walls are paper thin--I could hear all of our neighbors' conversations, and when they stayed out to late partying and were sick with hangovers the next day. EWH. So glad to be rid of that place.

My husband and I have been burned trying to sell a house before. Dana was completely understanding about our tepidness to sell due to our past experience. But we had to do it because we were moving far for my husbands career. She listened to our concerns and needs and got. stuff. done. She listed our home on a Friday, incited a bidding war, and had our home sold by the following Monday. It was incredible having multiple well backed offers above list price and a cash offer to choose from. She actually made it a fun experience. What a world of difference. I think there are a number of things that make Dana so successful. She is prompt, smart, thorough and organized. And she has an incredible real estate network in the area. We gave ourselves three weeks to get our home empty and ready for market. She did a walkthrough with us and pointed out the things that will stick out to buyers and the things that are not very important. After two weeks she came back through to help us with some fine tuning. She helped us pick out everything from paint colors, to light fixtures, to mulch color, and more. Then she brought in her "crew" of a stager and a photographer. Our little entry-level home looked awesome. It looked so good I didn't want to let it go! But we did and we made back all we invested in the property and more. Thank you Dana!

She even took a detailed video of every nook and cranny of the house since I was unable to visit it in person. She's very easy to work with, and knowledgeable about homes and the quirks they may come with. She was on site during our home inspection to make sure she knew everything that was going on before we proceeded with the purchase. Evelyn and her team made the process so easy that I was questioning if I was doing something wrong, but she made sure everything was how it should be. I highly recommend NestEgg for any First time buyer.

After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

He is not at all stressful. He was very flexible with us, i.e. was willing to list our house for more than he thought it would get and was willing to put in an offer on a new house for much less than the asking price. After we closed on both houses, he went out of his way to take care of a small issue we had with our new house. Just to be clear--he had already received his commission, but he still went way out of his way to help us out. At some cost to himself. We would definitely work with him again. Jon Gordon helped my partner connect with the perfect commercial/studio space earlier in the year. So when the time came to jump into the market for a home, we immediately thought of him. Jon mostly handles commercial properties, and is also an associate broker, so we weren't sure if he would take up our cause or pass us along to another agent. We were happy when we heard that he would indeed be our buyer's agent. We knew from the start that we had a good "gut feeling" about Jon -- he seemed to have enough experience in the business to know all the ins, outs, and everyone around town, but he also seemed honest, up-front and on the level, something I haven't always sensed in my interactions with other agents. Throughout the process, we were glad to have Jon representing us and going to bat for us. He was a great listener and plenty personable, but could get tough when the situation called for that approach. And, of course, the situation did at times. We honestly could not have been happier or had a better guide through the process of first-time home ownership. After this positive experience as well as the positive experience with my partner's commercial space, I'd recommend Jon or any agent on his team that he personally recommended in a heartbeat.
