The builders put in…read moredoor that was made of sheet rock, which was heavy & the only way it could be attached to the water heater closet was by magnets, which never worked and was rotting out at the bottom from a leak caused by my water heater. The water heater closet is inside a bigger closet that is 6'x 5'. I showed John a picture of a small closet door attached to hinges made of plywood. I wanted the door to swing open towards the back wall which would not only allow me to get into that water heater closet, but also for the plumbers if they need to service the water heater. I am very happy with my new water heater door, it's lightweight and I even have a handle on it. Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible. Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service. Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are. Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on. There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)
