For those who do not want to read my entire story below let me just tell you a few words about Dana who guided me through selling a current home and buying another. Dana is an amazing, personable, honest, and caring person who will be a huge asset to you for selling and or buying a home. She is that person you want on your team, her attention to detail is seamless, she is no pressure, and is always just a phone call or text away. She treats you like family and is just an all around good person with an exemplary work ethic. People like her are hard to find in life and especially in business.
Here is the longer version:
2 years ago I was on bed rest for 5 months with a pregnancy, to pass time I would go on yelp and read reviews on yelp (i would imagine what things I would do and food I would eat once I was released from bedrest). For some reason after looking at food I decided to look at relator reviews as I knew one day we would want to sell our 1580 sq ft home with little to no yard in Winfield springs as We were adding a fourth child to our family. I have to admit I was looking for a female relator (confident I would feel a lot less intimidated with a female) and someone who had an office in sparks. Dana's beautiful face popped up (first thought, wow she's so pretty with a great smile, she looks like a happy person) I went on to read her excellent reviews and knew she would be the relator for me one day. I did not think a move was possible for another 3-5 years and saved Dana's information. Fast forward 18 months on a Sunday afternoon my husband and I decided off a whim to message Dana to find out when we could meet just to get information on what it would entail to sell and buy a new home. She immediately messaged me back and said I can meet you at my office in an hour or so (I was not expecting such a fast response or for her to meet with us on a Sunday evening). On the way to the office my husband said "don't get to excited we are just getting information" my husband is a person who is very hard to convince about the simple things in life let alone a huge move. When we met Dana her personality matched her picture perfectly, she was no pressure, understood our wants and needs and told us she would make sure we were not "settling" that we were going to sell our current home and at the same time find our dream home (I had a very large wants and needs list for our large family). By the end of our meeting my husband and I were 100% on board.
To get our house on the market she told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house for top dollar and quickly, she hired professional cleaners to get house picture perfect for professional photos and 360 video for listing. House went on the market on a Thursday open house Saturday ( she even brought her own props to decorate my home for showings), she worked diligently guiding me through which offers to decline or counter. Monday I found a perfect home for our family online, dana was available to get a showing immediately as she knew it wouldn't last long. She wrote our offer up with a letter of our story and a family picture, the home had several offers but the seller states that they chose ours because of the way Dana presented the offer by giving the sellers insight on who wanted to buy their home. The next day Tuesday we received a perfect full asking price offer on the home we were selling.
The buyer of our home was a little difficult and we had some very emotional ups and downs, Dana was with us every step of the way walking us through every detail of the transaction, and supported and encouraged us to get us through some trying times.
On one evening we were second guessing ourselves so much due to our buyer being so difficult she brought over wine and we had an evening conference call with the loan officer she works hand and hand with (Todd Yankov with summit funding) to reassure us we were making the right decision.
I cannot say enough good things about Dana and how much I appreciate her as not only my relator but a friend. Thank you Dana for taking care of us like we are family and making our dream house a reality. read more
