When I called to tell them about the way my car was returned to me. I was told that they would fix the seat and clean the car. When I dropped my car off the second time, I got nothing but attitude from the staff (except Ken). The car looks like it was run through a car wash with nothing done to fix the seat. But hey, at least they put floor liners in the car this time. My family has never had any issue with them until now. Truly unfortunate.

They scheduled him to pick it up the next afternoon. Texted him the day of pick up to make sure he had all paperwork and tag to transfer. Drove an hour to pick up the vehicle and was told it was sold the previous evening. They knew the vehicle was gone when they texted the morning of pick up. Then they tried to sell him on another vehicle with more miles, less features and stained interior for the same price. No apologies, no nothing. It's this type of sales tactic that give car salesmen a bad name. Definitely bait and switch!

The only reason I kept going back was because it's the closest Hyundai dealership to where I live and service was included when I purchased the car. ( I bought the car where I previously lived in FL). However, I will not return. Here are a few reasons why this dealership should be avoided. 1. Scheduled appointment times are not honored. I brought my car in for a oil change scheduled for 10AM and the car isn't ready until 3PM 2. Service may or may not be performed. The checkout sheet indicated that tires were rotated and air pressure checked and filled. In my case, this wasn't done. 1-tire with a distinctive mark remained right where it was when I brought the car in. How can anyone know if anything else was overlooked? 3. Management doesn't return phone calls. If you want repeat customers that have $$ to spend, management should listen to their voice mail and return calls.
