Dan Stone has done the research so that you don't have to. He will connect you with the lender that best fits your situation. For me, he connected me to a lender that waived PMI with only 3% down. Dan saved me hours of research and more importantly, thousands of dollars. Leave it to the pros, leave it to Dan Stone! read more

Felt really mislead with the service that was offered. I didnt feel his price matched the service being offered. The lender he connected me with was a good deal but not easy to work with and the person was very unsympathetic. I would never use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it. The only reason I even considered it was the referral from my Real estate agent so I regret that on so many levels. All I got was contact information for a lender that offered this product to anyone who contacted them. read more

Directed me to a great lender. process of getting a home equity 2nd was practically painless ! I highly recommend Dan

My husband and I were buying our first home, and of course, this was our first time going through the home-buying process. I cannot tell you easy Dan made this for us -- he searched through hundreds of companies to find us the best interest rate and offer. He regularly checked in with us (about once a week) just to make sure that everything was staying on track, wanted to ask us if we had any questions. And we had a lot. He clearly has a lot of knowledge in this field, and will work hard for his customers. Cannot recommend Dan enough for your next home buying experience. You'll probably save some bucks with him in charge! read more

I have known Dan for about 10 years and never had an opportunity to use him. But then when we were refinancing our home, just before we signed with the lender we had searched out on our own, I remembered Dan and gave him a call. I was amazed that he was able to save us about $40,000 on our loan. I have since referred him out to many of my clients both for Reverse Mortgages and Regular Mortgages. I never hear anything but positive feedback. Marty Burbank, JD, LLM OC Elder Law read more

Being a Financial Advisor, it can be difficult building partnerships with other professionals and building those relationships to a point where we feel comfortable referring our trusting clients to them. Dan has made it really easy though. The mortgage loan space had definitely gotten more complicated and time consuming, and having a Coach and Advocate that is working hard for you and in your best interest is so worth it. I also appreciate how he always responds quickly and is on the ball keeping everyone updated throughout the whole process. All my clients have raved about Dan and I will continue to share his contact information with those who are looking to buy their first home, buy a 2nd home, or refinance their current mortgage during this time of historically low interest rates. Dan is the Man for Mortgages! read more

I owe Dan all the thanks in the world. He got me the absolute lowest interest rate, better than anyone else out there -- no one even came close to what he was able to offer. His magic allowed me to purchase the home of my dreams; I didn't think it would be possible, but he pulled it off and made it easy. If I ever need another mortgage -- without a doubt I am going to Dan, a true honest professional. Thank you Dan, look forward to working with you again! read more

Dan Stone recently helped my good friend who owns an auto repair business in this way: * 1. Dan saved him 20% in rate and $4,000 per month in what he was paying to his current lender. Yes, that's right! Dan lowered his rate by 20% and saved my friend $11,000/year thereby massively improving his monthly business cash flow. 2. Dan also recommended my friend to a fantastic credit repair company to help him raise his credit score in 4 months.  3. Dan coached my friend through the loan process, answered all questions in his best interests and provided my grateful friend financial guidance all along the way. 4. Dan recommended other areas of savings, such as better and lower cost auto and homeowners' insurance. I personally have known Dan for awhile and used him to do a great job for me. He's an expert in the loan industry and really knows his stuff. By using Dan, he ended up saving us about $19,000 over the life of our loan. We liked Dan's straightforward way when he worked for us. Dan is highly referable and trustworthy. He is patient with people like us who can be intimidated in loan matters. Dan is also quick to refer trustworthy services like property insurance and credit repair services. We refer Dan to everyone we know who is even thinking about a home loan. read more

Dan Stone's service was exceptional. He searched for the best reverse mortgage that would fit my needs. There were several options and he explained the pros and cons of each one. All my questions and concerns were patiently addressed. I was never pressured. When I made my decision, Dan put me in contact the the loan broker. At that point, even though I had moved on to the next phase of the loan, Dan continued to keep in contact with me to see if I had any question or concerns. I appreciated that personal touch as the reverse mortgage process (or any loan process) can be an overwhelming situation. Dan helped smooth the way with his knowledge, patience and genuine concern. Dan really is the man for mortgages. I am a real estate broker and have used Dan and his services for all my clients for the last 3 years (My wife and I have also used him personally, twice). He is an amazing find if you are looking for a mortgage. To put it simply, every broker, lender, banker, etc is going to charge as much as they can (hey everyone deserves to make a living, I get it) and its your job as a consumer to shop to find the best deal you can. There are soooo many lenders out there and many offer discounts for their bigger clients and referral sources. In comes Dan Stone with his network of hundreds of lenders, brokers and bankers and he shops for you. He throws a lot of business around so there are many times he has access to discounted pricing where others don't. What I usually tell my clients is shop, do your due diligence and then call Dan. 99 out of 100 times he's going to beat that quote. For those that don't want to go through the trouble of shopping first just call Dan and he makes the banks compete for your business. I have been a real estate broker for 20 years and I have never met anyone with his type of business plan and consumer model, its really the way business should be done. He's honest and super efficient and a pleasure to work with. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. read more

I am 60 years old. Mortgages were easy back in the day. My experience is in starting, building and selling businesses, all my adult life. In that time I have bought and sold many properties, investment and homes. In all that time I never meet anyone in the mortgage business that can draw on their wealth of experience and knowledge that would or could think out of the box and find a mortgage situation that will accomplish what you need. It's not getting easier to get a mortgage, it's getting ridiculous. Since 2008 it became truly ridiculous. Such that a re-fi with 80 percent equity! There's - A) All the paperwork to fill out, B) The questions they ask C) All the documents you hand the bank. It's such that you need a coach to make sure you are not wasting your time with a bank that is this month simply collecting data and charging fees to keep their loan officers busy. Today it's become a smart choice to have a coach on your side. Dan Stone can direct you to a mortgage match. He finds out your real need and financial ability then leverages his knowledge about the market to for ideas, angles and approaches. He's beyond sending you to a lender. He knows which banks are lending specific types of mortgages this week vs. which ones are just collecting your information. Dan can tell you - 1. What to ask for 2. What to ask to be sure the process is moving for you 3. Coach you into and through the process 4. Provide you insight on the type of loan you should consider at this time while considering your immediate need, the marketplace, which banks that have staff that is eager today, which banks do more of the kind of loan you that fit your need. 5. His fee based approach makes him focused on you. He's not pushing any banks product this week or chasing bank commission fees. 6. You will learn something that can save you money or that you can leverage today and later in life when you are in another mortgage situation. My first call for mortgage loans is now always to Dan Stone. Bob Evans read more

Dan has a unique "solutions concierge" service to obtain a loan that has a 'no sales pressure' approach to picking the best lender. Dan Stone was so helpful in the process of buying our first house. We saved tens of thousands of dollars over the course of our loan. He shopped around for the best option for us, not only the best rate but also with dependable companies that he knew could get our loan done on time. It's not just about the cheapest rate if you loose your dream house to a lazy lender. Anyone can make promises but he finds the lenders that can deliver. He finds the right and best lender. We even had to back out of our first escrow and since we didnt close Dan applied our fee for his services again to our next house search 6 months later even though he did his job perfectly! He also checked in with us weekly to check up on the process and answer our questions. As first time homeowners this was so very helpful to have a unbiased third party advise.
