Will definitely use his services again. 5++++ stars! Highly recommend.

Big shop eyeballed it and gave us a high estimate and said it would likely go up by another $1k once they did the tear down. Knowing we might have to pay for some of the damages, we took it out of there. My guys at Nick's Auto Repair told me about Jason. We took it there and by the end of the day, we had our estimate. Not only was it lower than the big shop, he committed to an invoice so detailed that it would help me in my issues with my insurance company. Big shop had estimated a minimum of three weeks to get it done. Jason got it done in six days. And it looks awesome. I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, Jason is my guy.

I've been a regular Spiffy customer, but unfortunately, the service has gone significantly…read moredownhill. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. The service tech, Amir, left dirt streaks all over the exterior where large sections were clearly missed. There were visible liquid trails from cleaning products both inside and outside the car. Some windows weren't cleaned at all, and others looked like they were sprayed with cleaner and rolled up without wiping. The interior barely looked touched. I reached out to customer service and sent photos per their request for a manager to review. I've received zero response despite multiple attempts. Will not use again.

Where's the first place to look when your headliner starts falling down and flapping in the breeze…read morelike a proudly displayed 'murican flag? Uh...Google of course....err I meant Yelp. Talked to some local upholstery shops and the consensus I came away with was it would cost roughly $350 to replace a failing headliner. I had a sneaky suspicion there was another option out there...somewhere. I found good ole Will's on the interwebs and gave him a ring. He said he could replace my entire headliner, most likely in under an hour and most likely for less than half of what I was being quoted at the upholstery shops. AND, he would come to me! I Was sold. The guys showed at my place of work as scheduled, were polite, friendly and professional. and finished the entire job in well less than hour. What more can you ask for? I have no qualms about highly recommending Will's to anyone in need of a replacement headliner.

"lemme grab my wallet" My car was looking like crap. You hear me? Crap! I have two young kids. Need I say more? I mean spilled juice in the back on the floor (there were strawberries in that juice too). Was in there for at least a week (don't judge me; I'm busy like everyone else cause of this pandemic) just funking up the joint. Crumbs from all kinds of snacks. Also! I already had some "stains" water... I don't know; from when the car was purchased used in August; so needless to say I was eager to get my care cleaned cleaned. There's more, but I think you get the point. I've been meaning to purchase a Groupon for months and never got around to it; but decided to dig into my rainy day stash to treat the interior to a thorough cleaning. Yea, he did that. Not only the cleaning but from customer service to completion. First they text you to confirm your appt. Then I believe there is one more confirmation by sending your address and confirming the time. He came 1 min early. That's what I'm talking about! I was almost embarrassed until he told me my car wasn't the worst he's seen. He told me about a lady who had plates, gummies; just all sorts of caked up nastiness in her car. He said it would take 2-3 hours. It took a little less than 2 hours. I did clean out my car before he came. Not only did he get whatever stains the dealership was supposed to get, off my seats but he had my car sparkling inside. It literally smelled like a new car and I hate that smell; but I'd rather that than what is was smelling like before. He was quick, courteous, he kept his distance. Yea... I'd definitely recommend!
