It took him some time, but he did not give up. The furnace was installed with the new build in November of 2020. Turns out there was an exposed wire in the heat pump. I am back to being cozy and it's all thanks to Nick. I hope Quality Mechanical realizes what a dedicated worked they have in him. It took him a few trips here, but it was well worth the wait. Their technicians are excellent, but their staff and office workers are incompetent to the point I can't hire them again.

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair.
