Josh called day of and said they could come a little earlier than the appointment window, which worked out fine. As I suspected the 60-year-old drain pipe had a hole, actually a crack when he pulled it off. He fixed it right up, and though we know the rest of the pipes, original to the house, will need replaced eventually this got us going again. Price was reasonable for what it is. Service was great.

Following unsuccessful service (6 visits, many ordered and replaced furnace parts, zero resolution)…read morefrom another company, we called Quality Mechanical for help. They sent Nick. It took him some time, but he did not give up. The furnace was installed with the new build in November of 2020. Turns out there was an exposed wire in the heat pump. I am back to being cozy and it's all thanks to Nick. I hope Quality Mechanical realizes what a dedicated worked they have in him. It took him a few trips here, but it was well worth the wait. He was quick to reply to my texts when issues arose and was back at my door in no time. His diligence made my home comfortable once again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and especially Nick to any in need of heating help.

Today,…read morewe had to have the gas company come out because there is a significant gas leak in our home due to the gas line that Beltz put in. Now, we have no gas until we can get this fixed. We asked them right after they put it in to fix it and they refused even though IT IS NOT UP TO CODE! There is no emergency shut off at the source of the gas line and in the gas company's exact words. The gas company told us today that we are lucky nothing serious had happened. We had Belz fix it two years ago; however, they still did not fix it. Let me repeat....IT IS NOT UP TO CODE and DANGEROUS.
