The assistant "James" said it was probably an inner ear infection since my husband's inner ear kind of looked red. Sent him home with a steroid pack, after feeling nauseous and dizzy for a week we went to emergency room, where it was obvious to the trained medical professionals that my husband had a stroke and had not been properly treated. Dr Chadwick made a joke about me not wanting that man "James" to treat my husband... calling James a witch doctor. James took my husband off statins without offering anything to control his predisposition "genetics" for high cholesterol. Currently looking into Malpractice suit.

I must have brought up the tardiness with the receptionist 3 times. I specifically told her I couldn't stay past 5:10pm. 5:05pm was my last trip up to reception. I got my new patient paperwork back from her and left. The staff is incredibly rude. They have no regard for the time of their patients. Red flag #1 - they still have paper charts. Red Flag #2 - rude staff. Red Flag #3 - no communication with patients waiting. There were 2 others that left before I did and one that basically looked at me and said she was stuck going where her insurance said she had to go. What a sorry excuse of a Family Medicine clinic. Avoid his place. All signs point to this doctor retiring soon anyways. Go somewhere where the practitioners enjoy their job and are about patients.

Straight bullies. I am freshly postpartum as a first time mom and am feeling under the weather and the ladies made me feel STUPID for not knowing that this location doesn't accept walk ins (even though they are my primary care provide.) They brought me to tears and when they noticed I was upset they transferred me to a lady named Linda who made me feel even worse by just completely ignoring how the office ladies made me feel and like she was INCONVENIENCED by me needing an appointment. I will be switching my PCP and will never recommend this location to anyone. I will also be contacting a higher up to explain the situation and have them review the phone calls so this hopefully never happens again.
