There was also almost no litter/garbage in the area - unlike other places we visited in Ocean Shores! On a Sunday morning it was very quiet. Another time, we might come here with a picnic to spend the day.

We took a drive through all 4 loops to stakeout more sites to try later. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Found a nice hiking trail over by the front office booth. Also took the hiking trail to the ocean. The bathrooms we clean and tended to daily. There are 4 showers and 6 bathrooms. We will definitely be camping here again.

The gods and goddesses of nature and coincidence placed this as the first spot with a lavatory upon our path. Windy as hell with the storm, but soooo awesome. Parking is super accessible. The great thing is that you can drive your car straight onto the beach or you can park by the gift shop and walk over. You'll find a bunch of people sitting outside of their cars and their food. It's quite windy here so if you're into flying kites, you'll love it here. You can also see people riding horses here too. Overall the beach is kind of lackluster and the water is pretty dirty.

We had to just leave. The stalls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 24 hours at least, and this was on a holiday weekend which really merited more attention to the bathroom sanitation. Look after your beach bathrooms Ocean Shores!

For whatever reason we had a lot of trouble getting into any type of restaurant. We visited seabrook which is a 30 minute drive and it's worth the visit. If you choose to come know that it will be cold and windy in the middle of July. We thought it would be warmer, poor planning on our part. We don't plan on coming back . You're not missing anything by not coming here. Lots of cute deer roaming around so if you choose to, drive carefully.

If you don't want to park on the beach, there is parking available at the entrance by the public restrooms. There is also parking open at the convention center nearby.
