This doctor's treatment for warts in your private areas caused by HPV works and got rid of my recurring issue. After going over and over to dermatologists, only to have them come back, this laser treatment ended my breakouts once and for all. I was also happy he advised I get the vaccine to prevent future recurrences and was able to do this at his office. Please be advised that no matter what, you may still see 1 wart pop up every now and then (perhaps 1 or 2 times per year) but it is still superior to having patches of them. If I do get 1 , I use a plasma pen or an cryotherapy spray sold in a can on Amazon, to get rid of these "one-offs." But, overall I would strongly recommend those with a serious recurring issue to go to Dr. Arani, it changed my life, confidence, and well being. read more

This clinic is really great. It may save your life even. The staff are very professional and care about your privacy deeply. Dr. Arani is enthusiastic about each of his client's treatment plans and was thoroughly encouraging the entire time. This makes a big difference in the mental recovery of his patients as well. Dr. Arani is the most direct honest specialist I've ever seen. On the exam table he took one look at my lady bits, and said I have no warts at all. I asked for a mirror to show him what I thought were warts, and each bump I showed him he very patiently explained is normal and healthy. For all the time he spent with me, he charged me only fifty dollars. He could have treated and performed surgery on me for thousands of dollars and I wouldn't have known it was fraudulent. But he didn't; instead, he sent me home and wished me a good weekend. Super nice staff as well--they were non-judgmental, discreet, and kind. I'm 57 and have had a couple of life-threatening scares in the ICU at Cedars-Sinai. This place is awful. Price was way overpriced for almost all procedures. The wait time was extremely ridiculous (a few hours). If you want to speed up the wait time, you would have to pay extra (wtf). They do not accept any form of insurance from my last visit. The physician was rude. Why are good immunization places so hard to find?!? I came here looking to get last minute vaccinations (Hep) and immunizations for school. I picked this office bc its the closest to USC (where I live) and when I called they offered to see me same day! Don't let the building or area put you off, once you walk inside its clean, professional, and as nicer than most doctor's offices I've been to (see pics). The front desk staff were cheery and efficient asking me to sign in, fill out 1st time paperwork, and saying they remembered me calling and that they were glad I came in. 2 min later a friendly nurse was taking my vitals, then she walked me to the patient room. It was the first time that I saw a refreshment cart in a room while I waited, with options for nuts and chocolate, and water. Dr. Arani came in and introduced himself and commented on my vaccine requirements and school - it was refreshing that he had looked over my file before coming in so I didn't have to explain everything all over again. He asked some questions to break the nervousness in the air and seemed to genuinely about about getting to know his patients. He was very nice, professional, knowledgable, and made me feel comfortable about the vaccines I was about to have. He even patiently answered all my questions with a smile. He let me know that everything was good with my vitals and that my immunization would be a 3-step process and signed off that I was good to go for Step1, which a nurse would administer. The same nurse came in and gave me my shot while talking to me to distract my mind. She had me sit for 10minutes to make sure I was ok/had no adverse reaction. When I paid, they even made a copy of my receipt for school, and was out the door :) I found him on Yelp searching for "immunization" but Dr. Arani's specialty is infectious diseases and sexually transmitted diseases; his office is filled with awards, publications, and articles about his work in the field. But the most impressive thing about Dr. Arani and his office was the quality of care! Most vaccine clinics make you spend hours waiting around and then charge you an arm and a leg. But here I was in and out in less than 20minutes! I'll be coming back for any future shots here because of how nice everyone was (all staff!), how fast it is, and how clean it is. I needed a yellow fever shot for an upcoming trip and called a few places around town to get the best price. Their website advertises in huge glowing blue letters on a yellow background that the price for a yellow fever vaccination is $95. But when I called, and I'm glad I did, I was quoted the price of $130. They claimed that it included some sort of "consultation fee." After calling a few other places, the next cheapest would have been $135 so I came here, even though I felt like they were somewhat sketchy and... I was right. The girls in the front were friendly enough and I walked in around 11:30am, expecting to be gone by noon so I could go eat. I waited in that room with a man who kept on pacing around the room and would coincidentally PAUSE between my field of vision and the TV, despite it being obvious that I was trying to watch it. So I moved. And his son played a beeping video game the entire time, for about an hour. I was getting really hungry and restless because I expected to be out of there fast. They had tons of magazines but nothing that you'd actually want to read. The best one that I could find was a Nordstorm catalog. They also had a huge TV that played some sort of ad for the clinic, along with short clips of Seinfeld, various movies, and music videos. Then, the screen would show beautiful shots of nature with huge gaudy print over it, assuring us that our peace of mind is their priority and that they will call our name soon. Twice I was asked to come to the front to verify my name. Apparently, they really have a hard time with the six letters total that comprise my entire name. Guess they don't see many Asians there. Finally, I was called in to wait in a different room. The "doctor" came in and talked to me for 1 minute and tried to convince me to get a bunch of other shots "recommended by the CDC" for traveling to my destination. When I refused, he just left and I paid the $130, they gave me a certificate, and then one of the girls who works at the reception came in and gave me a shot on the arm that took all of 5 seconds and I was allowed to leave. This 5 second shot and 1 minute upsell "consultation," oh and a 2 minute blood pressure check and height and weight check, happened after about 1 hr and 25 minutes of waiting and $130. And this guy is more successful than God. He's opened a bunch of clinics and I can see why. $130 for a 5 second shot delivered by a receptionist certainly keeps costs and efficiency low. Coming here for a routine vaccine was fine but I have as much confidence in this "doctor" as I would consulting with some working the fryers at your local burger joint. If you have a real medical issue, I'd avoid this place like a fat kid avoids salad. read more

This office and staff are amazing!!! Had to get some vaccines for travel and didn't know where to go. I called and they were extremely helpful and informative. I didn't need an appointment and was able to walk right in for the vaccinations. There was no wait so I was helped right away. The doctor is super friendly and nice. The office is very clean and they even keep cold water and snacks available in the patient room. The girl that gave me the injections has a magic touch so I barely felt anything! Dr Arani is simply top notch. I started a new relationship and wanted to get tested before we moved to more casual encounters (aka unprotected sex). Nowadays you need the paperwork before making those moves... Met with him on a Saturday and got my results in less than 20min...yes, you read that right at the same appointment! What I didn't know: - Dr Arani is a published expert and author on HPV and many other STDs (awesome to know!) - His clinic has great parking and the staff is as friendly as can be (near DTLA) - Because they have a onsite lab, all results are confidential and immediate - If anything comes back positive, they also have a onsite pharmacy to start treatment right away - The Docs bedside manner is phenomenal and he doesn't make you fee awkward (like some other doctors I've visited before) It's not as cheap as the generic online testing facilities or labs, but the attention to detail and patient care easily make up for the additional costs. And I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, so I can tell him all my dating/encounter deets and know he will listen, not judge, and answer my redundant Q's kindly ;) Highly recommend. read more

My wart was only 1/16", The doctor said $500... I said "Really! this is very small... OK I go home." He very pissed off with F-word "Where is my F***in time!" They do not take insurance...
