The quality of care is really great here. Michelle Min has been my practitioner for years. I cannot…read moresay enough good things about her and trust her and her expertise. She is efficient but thorough in getting information, and also takes the time to explain treatment and options. I also cannot say enough good things about AJ, the most amazing phlebotomist. She has gotten me over my decades fear of getting blood drawn. From the first time till now, she is calming and patient, but also efficient, which is key. I have really small veins and she gets it on the first stick. The staff are always friendly and helpful (from security to check in to radiology). Highly recommend this facility.

I agree. I was told I'll get a call by the following week. I went in November 19th, and I didn't receive not ONE phone call. Thanksgiving came and went and then December arrived, I call them on the 1st and no answer. It rings and it goes to voice-mail. December 2, I finally got someone and was placed on hold to be hung up on, and then the following day, a receptionist answered. I told her my grievances, and she couldn't find my information on file. She said I'll receive a phone back. Today is December 10, and I didn't receive any phone call back. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. BEWARE OF THIS URGENT CARE

This review is for Physician Assistant Dr. Luna,…read more I'm very disappointed with the unnecessary delay in receiving my medication. Typically in a sensitive appointment you would think that when the Dr. uploaded the information/results online through their portal, proper medication would be sent to the pharmacy. Especially with no new or concerning information given. I have not been informed of any urgent concerns requiring face-to-face consultation. When contacting them the medical assistant stated" the Dr said you can wait a week!" Withholding medication for arbitrary reasons especially refusing to act on already- available test results until an in person visit one week later is unethical and illegal. As a result, I have been left without critical medication, which I believe constitutes neglect of care and may qualify as patient abandonment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that future patients don't have to face the same unnecessary delays.

I was a patient here my entire life! Never had an issue, Dr. Kevorkian is getting old (I always…read moreremind him, lol) but the medical staff are amazing and have been there since I was a child. Now, my daughter goes to this same physician. They keep the place freezing but it's for the patients safety as well as the medical team to freeze any and all germs. They're quick and efficient even when there are alot of families that come in without appointments.
