The ladies that helped me out here were so sweet! The wait wasn't bad, check in on tablets and wait to receive a text. You can just walk around the store or wait in your car. For some reason online says they do drug tests so I showed up for a walk in. I waited two hours before I had to ask if I would be called up soon, and was then told they don't do drug screenings. Their in person system let me check in for a drug test, I'm assuming they just dismissed me and didn't check in with me for two hours. I tried calling ahead of time too but I always get sent to voice mail. When I asked I was just negatively put down saying they've never done drug tests for a couple months now. Idk about everyone else but I had a pleasant experience. I had an appt and was called in at an according time. Thing is if you don't have an appt you need to understand to be patient and that there will be a wait. The lady with the pink hair was super nice ! I couldn't even feel the poke. Not dependable to be open even when the website indicates it's open. Often I have driven there only to find a written note stating it's closed. You're taking a chance at this location. read more

I made an appointment for 12/3/24 few days later I get emai saying my appointment has been canceled because they're closed please reschedule so I reschedule for 12/9 then they cancel this one so I reschedule for 12/13 and it's canceled again/closed. I came to LabCorps for lab testing on 5/10/22. At the time I asked when The results would be ready. The told me in 2-3 days! It is now 9 days and my doctor and I still do not have the results. I have sent messages to Customer Service, and to the Lab Corps at Walgreens on Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA. I have left multiple messages. They responded that my results will go to the Dr and not me, yet my Dr has not received the results. I'm still calling and No one answers their phones. read more
