Despite the other reviews, I had an impactful expirenice. The lab technician (Sandra) carefully exercised a blood draw and urinalysis. Throughout my experience my comfort was considered with care consistently. And upon entry, the kiosks check in process was quite seamless (for a young person). Thanks again. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My father-in-law had a scheduled appointment, but upon arrival he was told to sign in as a walk-in. He did exactly that--and then sat there for over two hours without being seen. No updates, no communication, nothing. Just left waiting. What made it worse is that he wasn't the only one. Several patients in the waiting room were sitting for extended periods, only for staff to eventually dismiss people without providing any care. It was clear there was no organization, no accountability, and no respect for patients' time. The staff's attitude only added to the problem. When my husband tried to ask what was going on, a staff member responded rudely and shut the door in his face. Completely unprofessional behavior, especially in a medical setting. This place operates on its own time with zero regard for the people they're supposed to be helping. Poor communication, disorganized processes, and disrespectful staff. 5 stars for Maria, 4 for the office. This review is for an appointment visit. Parking is at the paid lot next door and Quest doesn't validate, just be aware (otherwise would be 5 stars). Check in on the kiosk is easy and you can verify it worked by looking for your name on the list on the TV on the wall. I checked in about 15 minutes early and got called back around 10 minutes early. I'm a fainter and needed a lot of vials drawn so I asked at the start to do the blood draw lying down and Maria was accommodating. She talked me through the process, found the vein no problem, and was by far the fastest phlebotomist I've ever been to. She's compassionate, friendly, funny, and professional. read more

An employee, Saundra, is terrible. She didn't find my name in the system (I warned her about the hyphen and that she may have to try various ways) so she sent me to the lobby to call my doctor. I did that and my doctor had the order and the receipt from submission. I was able to speak with Saundra when a patient opened the door as the close of the day was near. Saundra proceeded to tell me that "I didn't have my stuff together" which is a lie. I handed her my ID and Insirance card to use as a reference and she couldn't find me (so she said.) Then I told her my doctor also faced the paperwork over a few minutes ago (prior to 4pm) and she said "oh but I can't help you know it's after 4pm." She was just wrong. Thankfully a kind hearted phlebotomist Maria helped me after hours now and found me in the system. She said she tried various ways with my name and I was there all along (as I knew.) I will never go to this location again. I highly recommend using people with hearts in a position like this. Be forewarned. read more

Scheduled an appointment, fasted, took off work. I show up and their office is CLOSED. Why? Staffing shortage. Did they call? Text? Email? NOPE!! What the hell is wrong with you people?! No one around, impossible to get someone on the phone! Update: after 30 minutes and many unset up voicemails or full voicemail boxes. I finally got a hold of Woman from the national Center who immediately raise her voice with me and said well, they had an emergency. I had an appointment for 2/6/25. I came in with the orders provided by my doctor and was told they were incorrect because of an address? I've been there before and provided a prior date of service for the same doctor. Not sure what changed as I was asked for identification and my insurance card. Never asked about that on other occasions and they wouldn't accept the doctor's orders!I was told to call and get them changed; however after doing what they asked and having the new orders faxed, the staff person wouldn't help me, said I had to talk to someone else and before I could ask for the other person, she told me had to sign in again and wouldn't honor my prior appointment with now an office full of patients. At that point I was done with the lack of customer service and left because unlike others there, I have choices. They saw an order from same doctor for me in the system and wouldn't or didn't want to work with me. So whatever was going on today, they left customer service at home. read more

I got there with blood test and end up a bump which is Not normal for me because it's never happened before for me. I was worried because Person here for blood test for a reason not normal in blood already. So everyone different. They need to aware of that. And I actually right back to ask for help but got the way he talk like yelling at me and bothering him. I felt hurt inside Whenever he change the tube and when take the needle out. When he move around, the needle may go through vein. Back and forth. It's may the reason for the bump. It's really big. Not a little. That's why I'm worry because Its never happened. Another location too like 5 years ago from quest diagnostics. Terrible. I was even pass out after 8 tube of blood. Because they messed up my appointment then wait until afternoon. read more

Had an appointment, received a text message to check in on my phone. Did it and sat down. People coming in after me were being called. The lab tech came out to help people check in on the kiosk (bad idea for the amount of digitally-challenged clients you have) and she told me that text to check-in doesn't work and I'd have to be put on the waitlist. She was so nice and put me at the top of the list. Don't send a text to check in if it does not work and maybe put a human in place to help the seniors check in. I went in on 12/06 - horrible service. Never have I understood why these independent laboratories are just so unprofessional. One, they hire people freshly out of phlebotomy school to pay them the bare minimum, this is why we get the end result of misery. Please get that ALLIED security girl, telling ppl what to press on the screen. That is a HIPAA violation! I can read and definitely do not need anyone telling me what to do! I got here on time and the text clearly said don't check in the tablet but my name was not on the TV screen so I found out weird and got worried. I am a health care professional dropping off my pt's specimen and I waited 40 min for a drop off. I knocked on the door. There was only 2 women working one Latina that told me to wait and the African American lady came out and she told me I was rude for knocking on the door. I explained to her that this was a priority because the specimen was a drop off and I'm holding a specimen for 40 minutes , she was rude to everyone in the waiting room. I'm reporting this lab. I arrive as a walk in at this location at 11:20. They have zero patients to attend to. The security guard informs me that they go to lunch at 12 and he has an appt for 11:30 and 11:40. I say that's fine it's 11:20 and I only need bloodwork. No drug screening or anything else they may do. He walks to the back to essentially let them know not to see me. His 2 appts come. One is out by 11;35 and the other 11:45, still 15 min to see me and they refuse because they are going to lunch. Meanwhile the bloated & clearly hungry security guard sits on his butt doing absolutely nothing. I approach and comment that the 1st patient left 10 min ago and the last just left, am I going to be called and he said probably not because they have to prep blah blah blah. All the while they run a video about their employees being courteous and not having long wait times and they are there to help. All LIES. I informed him I would leave a review and he said go ahead. I guess since they have super low reviews already it really doesn't matter one way or the other. Just business as usual. Very disappointing experience. I had a 11:50am appointment for my 85 year old father. We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. There were other patients (mostly elderly) waiting. At 12 noon an employee came out and kicked everyone out of the waiting room for lunch and told us to come back at 1pm. I have no idea why the employees don't stagger their lunch. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior. If they were unable to honor their appointments they should have called me or stop accepting more appointments. read more

This QUEST do not pay for parking...NO VALIDATION at all. After you have stood up in the hallway to wait for someone to call you in 20 - 25 minutes later the price for parking is steady going up waiting for someone to call you in for your test. The woman who drew my blood was energetic and friendly. And drew blood without any incident or pain! Awesome. But, is there any excuse whatsoever for nearly an hour wait for a simple blood draw? I was the fifth person in line, arrived fifteen minutes before their posted opening time, and when they did open, they seemed tremendously understaffed at this location. I'm familiar with an iPad and their "registration" procedure, many of the folks in line were not, and there is nobody at the front desk to help them, resulting in a 20 minute wait in line just to register (and I was the fifth person). I'd say this is one of the nicer Quests that I've been to. They have an iPad set up to check yourself in with and a tv showing the queue, approximate wait time, and some light entertainment clips. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only downside is finding the place for the first time, as I didn't see 323 North Prarie anywhere and the parking garage didn't have any signage. I had an appointment at 11:10am. I waited in the hallway to be called and I was told that they are closing for lunch. THIS IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR and A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Whoever hired these RUDE EMPLOYEES needs to be FIRED.
