The photo department, passport photo service was effortless and efficient, I believe it may have been a manager who was carrying big valentine bouquets in the store, greeting folks as they enter with a big smile! In the pharmacy team? Absolutely amazing, given the amount of customers both at the counter, drive-through and on the phone! I just got off the phone with a Ms. Ebony, who brightened my day. It was so accommodating with assistance to delivery questions! Please don't be put off by others low ratings, and support your local Walgreens and complement their team when given opportunity!

This review is not about them. ​It is about severe operational failures, chronic understaffing, and a complete lack of basic training at the window. ​I depend on life-sustaining pain medication for a severe disability. Twice recently, this location failed to keep it in stock, leaving me without essential medication and forcing me into agonizing physical pain and withdrawal. For a pharmacy to repeatedly drop the ball on critical maintenance medications for regular patients is dangerous. ​The breaking point happened with my grandson's medication. Weeks ago, the drive-thru tech told us they didn't have enough pills in stock, asked if we wanted to take a partial fill, and told us to "come back later for the rest." When we returned, that exact same worker informed us the remainder was forfeited and required a brand-new prescription. She never once warned us about the time limit on partial fills when she handed over the shorted bottle. ​Withholding vital information from patients, constant turnover, and failing to stock critical prescriptions leaves vulnerable customers in the lurch. After 18 years of loyalty, I have moved all our family's prescriptions elsewhere. Corporate needs to properly staff this store and thoroughly train the people they put at the window.

They do not back up their warranties for anything . They try to send you on Wild Goose chases saying they'll work with you then and then that backing it up . After 6-8 months of being jerked around and the manufacturer being upset that nothing was done through the manufacturer just had the entire metal framework replaced as well as the Box the controller hooks up to . I was recommended Rapid Rehab by another medical supply store that did not have the walker my…read morehusband needed. The walker was ordered and approved by his insurance. I spoke with Brooke on the phone who helped me and told her I would be in to pick it up soon because he just came home from hospital and would need this at home. At arriving at Rapid Rehab I was told my husband had to be there to sign and fitted for walker. This was never told to me during my many conversations with Brooke. Jodi and Jessica both told me they assumed I knew he needed to come to sign. It was very difficult sending email for my husband to sign as he a cancer patient was just discharged a day ago from hospital stay. He will probably need a wheelchair at sometime and I will not come back to Rapid Rehab and I will share this horrible experience with my insurance and Lacrosse Mayo Hospital and Rochester Mayo Hospital.
