Never a hint of what the negative guy says he was seeing. Sometimes you get what you give? I was on a long solo bike trip in 1988, and I pulled a rear spoke somewhere west of Rapids. I limped the bike into Campus Cycle and Karl was on it immediately and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I still ride that bike, and it still has one black wheel and one silver. Whenever I do some maintenance, I am reminded of that day. Good to hear Karl is still in the mix.

I planned a cycling trip to the North Woods and an item I needed for my bike had limited availability. I called around and learned the Trek store in Stevens Point had it. I spoke to Jeff who assured me the item was in abundant supply and could be quickly installed. So I adjusted my trip to include a stop here and a few days later walked into the store where I was told the item was not in stock and had not been in stock. Really? Trek and the other products carried in Trek stores are quality products. Too bad not all the employees are as good. Why lie and risk a bad review? Please ask your employees not to lie. I guess expecting someone to act professionally is not this store's prerequisite for employment.
