The salesperson who had helped him was with another customer, and there was a second customer waiting for him as well. I asked a second salesperson if she could help me, and she said I needed to wait for the salesperson who had sold the camera to my husband. There was a third salesperson who didn't have any customers for the entire half an hour I waited. I understand the need for salespeople to be credited for a sale they have made, but an agreement amongst staff to provide basic service to a customer returning to make a designated purchase would provide much better service.

A gentleman named Corey served them, he got very frustrated with them and completely refused to talk them through the simple process of printing an item from an iPhone. The shop has a whole range of tools for modeling and painting under the "Citadel" brand. while they are decent tools, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. a pair of clippers will run you 40$ without tax, paints will cost you about 6$ a pot for about 12ml of actual paint, and a small bottle of plastic glue is about 10$. the pricing for tools and glue is very expensive and for this reasons i looked for alternatives. i found cheaper tools and glue for a fraction of the price, so i could buy more miniatures. This did not please GW, the manager of the store asked me to leave for having a bottle plastic glue out that wasn't "Citadel" brand. even though every time I'm in there I buy something to support the store. i found the store to be trying to rope in newer customers and push people away from there store who have experience in models and have their own tools. The store has completely turned me off from buying any Citadel products and has off put me from continuing to support their brand. I do NOT recommend newer customers or parents researching this hobby for their children go into a Game Workshop store, The way they treat their Customers is horrible, they drive out anyone looking to save a bit of money and demand that you be loyal only to them. if you wish to play Warhammer then I highly recommend looking for a Independent retailer. they are MUCH better then Corporate Games Workshop stores.

This review is base on my experience with Skyway Electronic Services in 2018…read more They had my power amp for 4 months in the summer (June-Sept) and another 3 months in the fall (October - December). They were supposed to repair a 60 Hz hum in one of the two channels and the protection LEDs. They did repair the protection LEDs during the first visit in the summer for $120.00. They never did repair the hum issue, however, after Chris indicated he had resoldered bad connections to resolve the hum issue. Wrong! The second time the amp went in for the same repair, Chris first told me they were waiting on parts on at least four occasions. Two months later implied that the amp didn't need any parts. (There are NO new parts in the amp.) Chris told me he sent the amp out to be scoped and there was no fault found? Wrong again! The hum still persists. I doubt they did an actual sound tested of the amplifier because if they did, they would have heard the hum. I feel that Chris lied to me several times during our phone conversations, further, they delayed the return of the amp twice for unknown reasons (at least unknown to me as there are no new parts installed). If your equipment is important to you, go out of Niagara for repairs. Skyway Service is the second incompetent service centre I tried in St. Catharines. I find it troubling that a person can masquerade as being genuine, and yet be so completely dishonest. I'll never trust them again. Philips 1200B
