January 28, 2024 Ordered a Rubicon 4xE from them as I own a…read more2020 Rubicon now. I wanted the same amenities on the 4xE as I have on mine now. Brandon assured me it would be ordered that way. We waited 4 months for the 4xE and it arrived with plastic bumpers and no sensors front or back and I did say at the time of ordering that the steel numbers were really important for us. I asked if my numbers could be mounted on the 4xE and was told they could and he ( Brandon) would make sure it was done I told this Brandon that it was a deal breaker even at the time of ordering the truck. He assured us several time that it could be done and it would be done even checking with his boss and body shop manager. So we said we would go ahead with the purchase and he ASSURED us that it would be taken care of so we felt at ease. We visited several times after that and spoke with their finance guy and sales manager and they were all pleasant and mentioned that "have no worries it'll be taken care of" The day of pick up Brandon phoned us a couple of hours before we were supposed to pick up the truck and told us that the bumper could not be replaced and we could just buy an after market bumper for our new truck. I told him I really didn't like to be lied to. I told him that lying to me was not good and that we would not take the truck because it was not what we ordered and that his lies made us VERY uneasy about the transaction. He started to yell and threatened us and told us we would not get our deposit back. We have found out they have tried to ruin us on credit bureaus even stating no purchase was made . These liars will not return our deposit but we are going to take them to court over their lies and not returning a deposit on a vehicle we never accepted They blame the bank for placing the Credit Karma review on the jeep we never signed for or decided to take Since then we have heard many stories like ours from others DONT TRUST THESE LIARS!! I came in for a tire change and only later…read morerealized the tires were installed incorrectly -- two different brands were placed on each side of the car instead of being matched front-to-back. When I returned, the staff acknowledged the mistake, which I appreciated. However, I was then told I would need to wait in line again to have it corrected. After already waiting about 2 hours the previous day, being asked to wait again because of an error on their end was very frustrating. While the team was polite, this situation could have been handled much better. When a mistake like this happens, customers shouldn't have to lose more time to fix it. I hope the management improves how they handle service errors in the future.

Within about 10 minutes, they were done evaluating my vehicle. It did not cost me anything (part of a government program), and my vehicle was a "pass". I'd definitely return to this venue, likely for an oil change and/or any other e-test I might need.
