Talk about an outstanding customer experience, and this was auto service? This is what auto service should be like...WOW! Chris , the Manager, greeted me promptly(didn't even have to get out of the car), gave me the options for the different oil services they have and let ME decide! I left the car with them cause I had to get to an appointment, he did offer to do it while I waited in about 25 minutes(they were really busy). They called me to tell me the car was ready and I proceeded to the shop. Chris greeted me again and told me everything looked good and suggested I keep an eye on a few items but all was good and they were there for me if I had any questions. To top it off, they did a FREE alignment check and showed me the specs and talked to me about my tires and how it all worked together. Great Service and great value, I'll be back. Koodos to Chris and his team of GOOD and HONEST Mechanics!

On the phone they claimed rotors too but when I went to pick it up they only claimed pads. I knew that the brakes were still good but took it home and changed the pads anyway. Took them back to the Garage and showed the other mechanic and he also agreed nothing wrong with them and they should have passed. They did find other things that were legitimate but definitely tried to soak me on brakes that were not needed. This has unfortunately left my self and others who were prior loyal customers to look to alternative places of business for our automotive maintenance needs as this problem persists and continues to get worse!
