My wife questioned the price published against what the cashier charged and the cashier said "listen lady I don't handles the prices here and can't help you". My wife was in tears when we got to the car, so aggressive and unprofessional. It was an insignificant amount, but to me that wasn't the point. If a store misleads, that's isn't right. Plus and young cashier being rude. I returned to the store and requested to speak with the manager and asked the cashier if she could join us. He said it was just a communication problem and I disagreed. I recommended to the manager a better approach in the future for his employees to take such as "I sorry ma'am, let me get someone who can help with getting the price straight" but he exploded and said I was insulting him as if he he couldn't take any advice. I was trying to help a young manager improve things. But he threatened to not help me and asked me to shut up. I will never shop here. The manager there was very condescending and wasn't going to take advice. I now understand why the employees treat customers like they do. Horrible service and I will never shop at this store again.

When I walked in I immediately loved the feel of a "mom and pop" owned shop. The two older gentleman were extremely nice and helpful. They're mice, so killing them is fine with me as long as I don't see their feces on my counter top and in my food anymore. She even knew what she was talking about with that.
