Knowing this…read morecompany has been around a long time I went into their showroom and was immediately greeted and helped by the counter person nicknamed Ziggy! She told me my order would arrive in 4 days and had my order placed in a few minutes, took my name and number and I was on my way! Sure enough everything came in as ordered. Ziggy Immediately helped me cut the materials and had them loaded into my vehicle before I could turn around and cut the next piece! These trim pieces were above my expectations for quality and the customer service here at Dirlam Brothers is a step back in time, when your local hardware store cared and took the time to make sure your business meant something. I would highly recommend contractors and homeowners trying to remodel by themselves, to experience the quality of a local hometown hardware store where customer satisfaction is done efficiently and with professional care! Thank you MD and Dirlam Brothers.
