Within 6 months the cushions in both pieces collapsed and we were sitting on crushed cushioning on top of an iron frame. It was totally uncomfortable. The store agreed to replace the 2 pieces, but sent us the same style of furniture and told us it was re-built to be better. This time the cushion gave out within a month of getting it. We requested a credit for our purchase for a different line the store carries, but we were told "No!" This is the 2nd time their exact furniture turned out to be defective!!! THE FACTORY, in our opinion, not only misled us, but it has the WORST post-sales service of all the furniture stores in the Northeast. All of the other furniture stores in this area treat their customers fairly, and are not dishonest. We don't believe that is the case with THE FACTORY. BUYERS should BEWARE!

She told me my order would arrive in 4 days and had my order placed in a few minutes, took my name and number and I was on my way! Sure enough everything came in as ordered. Ziggy Immediately helped me cut the materials and had them loaded into my vehicle before I could turn around and cut the next piece! These trim pieces were above my expectations for quality and the customer service here at Dirlam Brothers is a step back in time, when your local hardware store cared and took the time to make sure your business meant something. I would highly recommend contractors and homeowners trying to remodel by themselves, to experience the quality of a local hometown hardware store where customer satisfaction is done efficiently and with professional care! Thank you MD and Dirlam Brothers.

My wife questioned the price published against what the cashier charged and the cashier said "listen lady I don't handles the prices here and can't help you". My wife was in tears when we got to the car, so aggressive and unprofessional. It was an insignificant amount, but to me that wasn't the point. If a store misleads, that's isn't right. Plus and young cashier being rude. I returned to the store and requested to speak with the manager and asked the cashier if she could join us. He said it was just a communication problem and I disagreed. I recommended to the manager a better approach in the future for his employees to take such as "I sorry ma'am, let me get someone who can help with getting the price straight" but he exploded and said I was insulting him as if he he couldn't take any advice. I was trying to help a young manager improve things. But he threatened to not help me and asked me to shut up. I will never shop here. The manager there was very condescending and wasn't going to take advice. I now understand why the employees treat customers like they do. Horrible service and I will never shop at this store again.

Her excuse was that she was too busy, yet I have photographs as evidence of her willingness to come out for someone. She did so trice, even checked to make sure that the keys worked before sending the customer on her way. As a result, she lost my sale of seven dollars and she earns this review.
