If I could give zero I would. AWFUL customer service downright rude. Sold us tile that wasn't for a pool then we we returned it charged hundreds for not bringing back what we were sold which was 100% what we returned as it wasn't suited for pool tile. We always heard they had awful customer service and now witnessed for ourselves. Do yourself a favor and skip them as a tile option. read more

My working with Daltile was a challenge at times, but due to their manager, Jeff, it saved me as a customer and I will recommend them to others. I knew Jeff when he worked at another place in town years ago and he is all about customer service. If you need help, ask for Jeff. O.k. my husband and I go into this place (Daltile) a week ago knowing we were going to drop about a grand on floor tiles.............stone floor tiles. First, we were completely ignored for about a half hour. So I decided to go into the back room where a couple of guys were sitting in front of computers. One guy was on the phone so he receives immunity. The other dude did not say a word when we stepped up to the counter (his computer is on the counter). I'm pretty polite so I waited for him to acknowledge me since he seemed to be interested in the computer. After about two minutes I could not take it anymore and I said "excuse me, sir we would like some prices." He never looked up from the computer and said, "hold on a minute, someone will be with you." Wow. That is the worse customer service I think I have ever experienced. I went out to the studio floor with my husband and waited another 15 minutes! The other guy, who was on the phone, came out and helped us. He seemed as if we were bothering him. I had questions, he looked at me like I should have known all of the answers. Word of advice - when you can make $946.00 from ONE customer in MINUTES .......... get a personality and treat them like you appreciate them. I went to Lowe's and got the SAME stone tiles for a little less and surprisingly, the dude knew a lot about stone, so they got my $. I will never go to Daltile again. read more

I was happy to see Jeff D. came here from the other tile shop that was on Hartnel Ave. He has always been very helpful and friendly and polite to me. I feel very comfortable asking him questions and advice. He is very knowledgeable and remembered by heart the tile brand and color of some tile that I brought in to match. I recommend them. read more
