I've been filing my taxes with them for three years, and every year the price keeps going up--not…read morethe price they originally quoted me. Last year, they told me their tax software had an error, which led to mistakes in my return. This year, they failed to report part of my income, and because of their mistake, my return had to be revised twice. Right before the tax deadline, they told me to apply for an extension and said they would review everything later. But now I can't get in touch with them at all. They say they won't make any more changes to the return. So what--I'm just supposed to submit a return with errors? They don't seem to take responsibility for their mistakes at all. I honestly can't believe I'm paying money just to be stressed out like this!
