He looked nervous when I went to the other side of the car where it was scratched and opened the door AGAIN to let me in. It was getting dark so I didn't notice the scratch until the next day. We used the valet service at Rick's Chop House. The car was in the street. I got out of the car (with it running), handed the key to the valet, took the return ticket, and went inside for dinner. When walking back to the valet after dinner, I see the car is still in the street where I left it. The valet locked the keys inside the car and told me it was my fault for not telling him the car would lock if the keys were left inside. HE locked the door with the key inside and then tried to tell me it was MY fault. I asked him what I should do the next time I go to a valet, he said "roll the windows down and tell us not to lock the car." I lost it. He then went and parked another car, leaving us standing in the middle of the street. When he came back he said he could call us a lock smith if I wanted. There is no telling what would have happened had the restaurant staff (who were excellent btw) not intervened. About 45min later the locksmith had opened the door. The door is now bent from where the locksmith had to use a wedge to pry the door open. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This guy was trash. read more

I was driving down Henderson when I got a flat tire so I pulled into the parking lot near Sfuzzi and Shell Shack. I pulled out the cars manual and as I was looking through it, Zakaria and Farasha offered to help.. I guess it was pretty obvious that I had no clue what I was doing. Not only did the show and guide me on what all to do when changing a tire, they insisted on doing all the work. At the time, it was raining and about 50 degrees so that just made it much worse. I was already having a bad day but without these guys I probably would've been out there for 30 minutes more..they made an unpleasant situation a lot better. We need more people like Zakaria and Farasha, I insisted on giving them some money but they wouldn't take it. Thank y'all so much! read more

Dallas Valet Service backed another car into mine in the valet lot of Katy Trail Ice House and didn't tell me. This was last night (8/22/20). I am posting this in hopes the owner of the other car recognized the damage on their car and will reach out to me. I talked to the company who refused to admit responsibility. My car alarm should go off when hit. They were the only ones with the keys, meaning they turned off the alarm once it hit and didn't tell me. I can't open my trunk. I valeted my F150 with Dallas Valet at the Katy Trail tonight. When my truck was returned, I had a ding on my door that was not there. I hand washed my truck today, and the ding was not there. When I told the "supervisor" he rubbed it and said, "that wasn't us, that is from someone keying your car." Keying of a car scratches through the paint, it doesn't ding your door. This was an absurd claim. When I told him that it wasn't there before and sure as heck wasn't from a "key job" he literally walked away. The damage is in the exact spot where you would have a bumper ding your truck while backing in or out of a spot. I finally got him to talk to me after he walked by me numerous times as if I was invisible. At this point he said he was the supervisor and that there was nothing he would do. He was reluctant to give me his name and the number to his manager. I'm a very reasonable guy. I don't swear at people or act like a jerk. I don't appreciate a lie about something that is obviously not a "key job". Especially when I know for a fact this was not there when I valeted my truck. In the end I just would like them to cover the work to have the ding popped out. It's probably not all to expensive. To me it is the principle. Hope to hear back from their management. read more

This "service" lost my brothers car keys (that have 2 house keys on them) AND didn't lock his doors. The way they handled the situation was absurd as well. They also said they would be in touch today for a new key fob, and at 4:53pm we have yet to hear from them. Do not use this service!! read more

Dallas Valet does the Valet Service for the restaurant Tallywackers in Dallas. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE w/ Valet. Valet Entrance They require you to valet your car in their standard parking lot. Not enought room for valet and they only have a few valet workers. Cars were backed up into the street- it took 10 mins just to pull up and get out of my car. Valet on Exit **** As the valet brings up my friend's car; she sees a girl jump out of her front seat. The girl exiting my friend's car was a CUSTOMER... the valet driver decided to take the customer on a ride to get something out of her car... using my friends car! WHO DOES THAT?? Eh & Liability issues are written all over that. In addition 15 mins after all of my friends got their car and left... I am still waiting on mine. Finally I ask more questions about my (rental car's) whereabouts. With no answers- they finally track down and realize my car keys have been in a random valet pocket for the entire time I was in restaurant. And the valet driver didn't apologize... he said "so, I forgot they were there". Rude rude and rude! read more

I accidentally parked in a lot that was for valet only. Before I walked off the lot, i noticed a valet attendant. I asked if the lot was okay for public use, or if it was all valet only Instead of directing me to the valet counter, the attendant told me to "go f*** myself." I was able to find the valet counter and agreed to use their services as long as that attendant was not allowed to drive my car. The manager agreed. When I returned to claim my vehicle, the attendant who cursed at me was driving my vehicle. I did not immediately notice any damage (as it was night time in a dimly lit area). The next morning, however, I noticed a scratching running from the back passenger side panel of my car all the way to the hood of the car. The scratch even covered a door handle. I attempted to file a claim with the Dallas Valet but they denied it. No worries there, as I clearly reported the damage outside of their policy (after I left). However, I never received so much as an apology for the attendant's behavior, and he is still employed by the company. BUYER BEWARE. read more

If they have an accident with your vehicle they will not be responsible at all they try to curb you by having the secretary say that they will get back to you. So far it's been 6 days since a valet driver hit my vehicle still waiting on there response, will post more on the outcome of this matter as it progresses. read more

This company shouldn't even be in business! Last night at S&S I was pressured to get out of my Porsche. I explained I was trying to find my drivers license. There was a guy in a black shirt holding my car door and a guy in a white shirt waiting to drive my car. When we left S&S around 1:15 I went to the back to get my car. The guy was rude right away and asked for my ticket. I explained I didn't have a ticket and he laughed and said then we don't have your car. I go sir my car is a blacked out Porsche Cayenne. He goes I need your ticket. I go sir...you didn't give my friend and I one. There was about 8 of them standing there REFUSING to even look through the key box. I explained it looks like that. And they said that's our managers car. I go oh right mine is that just the newer version of that one. They were denying even looking for my car in the parking lot. I went up to the guy in the black shirt and said sir you parked my car for me and y'all never gave me a ticket. He laughed and said ma'am I'm the manager I don't park cars. They wanted to play this game...ok. I went up to an officer outside the club and told him the valet service refused to give me my car and how they wouldn't even open their key box to look for my key chain. The officer was MORE than happy to escort me and my friend over to the valet and told all of them to give me my car immediately. The officer walked me around the back of the booth and asked me to pick out my car key. Within 2 seconds I grabbed my key. The officer made sure we got in safely. For an officer to stand by the entire time making sure they gave me my car says something. It's like I was lying about what kind of car I had??? Rude and inexperienced people! read more

Not good. They were the valet service for Sambuca in Dallas on Valentine's Day. Some people were waiting 30+ minutes to get their car.

This valet service left the lights on in my friend's car, so her battery died. When she picked it up, they were just like oops sorry - didn't offer to jump it or anything, so my fiance and I came back to jump her car. We talked to the a valet asking if they could refund the valet cost at the very least, and the first thing the valet told me was he wasn't the one to leave the light on. Then he said he's actually not sure if the light was even left on. He also wouldn't let me speak to a manager or anyone else. He told me jumping the car would be just fine, and the battery should work again as if I didn't know how that works. The whole time he refused to accept any responsibility, offer any help, and didn't once muster an apology. Needless to say we also didn't get that refund. The valet we spoke to was an African American male, fairly tall and skinny, and had a slight accent working outside of high five bar in Dallas the night of Saturday, March 19th. I'm not sure if it was him or not that left the light on, but he sure doesn't have great customer service. UPDATE: I contacted them through email explaining the situation and received a response within 15 minutes. They apologized and told me that kind of behavior from the valet that night is not tolerated and would be dealt with. They then offered to pay for any repairs incurred on the cars in the future and sent gift cards in the mail. A follow up email was also sent to check if we had taken our cars in to get them checked out / if repair reimbursement was needed. Although the initial experience wasn't great, the customer service and follow up was excellent. read more
