So this is my second appointment here with Dr. Erica Muller. Let me tell you, when it comes to patient care and attention it's well worth it. I was referred here by my PCP and since day one they all have so understanding and professional. I was in for some skin tag removal procedures and it required multiple appointments. They were so accommodating and understanding. Her office assistants are so polite and professional. This place can get pretty busy at times and that speaks highly well about all the doctors here. I will definitely continue to come here.

Absolutely the worst dermatology experience out there…read more First, they had me come in and paraded in a few intense, one who was wearing a mask below her nose like an idiot. Then I had to come back because the one doctor doesn't do any cutting and I had a weird colored mole. But wait, they didn't actually take that mole but cut another one I wasn't worried about that was in a place you couldn't stitch so I had an open sore for a couple weeks Worst of all, I was waiting to see what insurance would cover and exploring told the lady in person and over the phone a couple weeks later to call me once insurance was done and I'd pay it immediately. Instead I get a call from collections. Adding insult to injury, they will not stop emailing me no matter how many times I ask. Stay far far away from this crappy dermatology clinic.

Have been coming here for a few years and used to have a 5-star review up, but can't really…read morerecommend them at this point for a few reasons. 1) Poor communication and lack of continuity between visits. They don't seem to have a good system for documenting patient concerns or outcomes. I feel like I'm a first-time patient every time I come in, having to repeat myself about what's going on. They keep asking me "How is XYZ going?" where XYZ is some random, long-named condition that I've never heard of before, and they say 'well it's in your chart" and I say "you tell me that every time I come in but I don't know what it is" and they say "well it could have been this, or that, or this other thing." Seriously? 2) Everything they can possibly prescribe to treat things is expensive. Skin cream? $750. Foam? Another $350. 15 minutes with the doctor? $120. Copy of my medical records so I can review them more thoroughly? $25. Would be great to find a doctor willing to actually work with patients on finding reasonable treatment options. 3) Difficult to work with in general. When they recommended a particular blood test, I said, "Great, how much does it cost?" They had no way of answering my question. I asked if they could check with the billing coordinator, and still could not get an answer. It took many phone calls over 2 weeks to find out that they send blood samples out to a certain laboratory (which is out of network), and the end result is that the blood test would cost me 250% more at this office than if I got an order for a normal, in-network lab. Saved hundreds of dollars by simply asking my primary care doctor to call in the same blood test to another place. Maybe this office would do that too if I asked, but I doubt it given how difficult everything else is. 3) Seemingly minimal regard for patient needs. On my most recent visit, I brought a skin issue to their attention that is a new thing that started bothering me a few weeks ago. Their solution? Injections that will cost $30,000/year indefinitely, which they glibly said "will help me take care of the deductible on my HDHP." No other option, just that. I ask "how long do you think I need this for?" and they can't tell me, because it's a new treatment - under 1 year old - that doesn't have much data yet. I asked "So what were you guys doing before this $30K/year treatment? Can I have that instead?" "No, it's more risky. This is your only option." OK, great, so I can commit to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for a brand new condition that has been bothering me for like a few weeks and has no alternative? All in all, it just doesn't feel like a friendly place to get treatment. There are plenty of other options on Yelp with a significant history of more satisfied patients.

***My username is an alias, for privacy purposes. I'm a legitimate patient**…read more Communication with this office is virtually impossible. No one ever answers the phone. Extensions just go to voicemail. Went in and spoke to a Leticia, who was extremely rude. My contact information was originally put in incorrectly the day before when I had to go in because no one answers the phone and she had no patience to assist me with further issues. The Portal shows I have two appointments scheduled and she couldn't care less about that. "Don't know a thing about the Portal" was the response. Didn't offer any other help with my issue. I haven't even had my appointment yet but it's already been a nightmare dealing with this office.

I came on Tuesday to see Dr Rubin for a skin assessment + going over some of my skin concerns…read more Didn't spend much time checking my skin, looking at any moles or brown spot. He then asked for any concerns I have. I mentioned to him I have some Cherry Anginomas on my skin and he can remove them easily. He quoted me $150 for 14 spots. I decided to the light solution on 2 test spots. I paid the full $150 which is for a 14 spots (I thought I would pay like $22 for the 2 spots only). After I paid, I spoke to his PA/Assistant and she knew I wanted to treat the other 12 since I already paid for it. She spoke to the Dr. and he did not have enough time to treat the rest at the time and asked me to make a new Appt, and she would make sure it is documented I paid in full. The entire front desk heard it. Today, was my new appointment, and I was told by another PA that I need to pay another $150 to treat the rest, despite what I was told on Tuesday. SO, they could have taken care of the other 12 spots on Tuesday if they really wanted to, but in order to charge me again, they asked me to make a new Appt and lied to me. What a SCAM/FRAUD this place is. I already disputed the charge. STAY AWAY from this office. The American Greed at its best. Please go elsewhere for your dermatology needs

I'm not even sure where to begin with this experience. As a professional in the beauty industry,…read moreusing a term like "wrinkly" to describe a patient's face simply because you didn't like the feedback you solicited is completely unacceptable, particularly when it was clear that I wasn't concerned and was content to let the results wear off, as the effects are temporary. The technician could have simply accepted the feedback they reached out to obtain. I wasn't complaining or requesting any correction; I was merely responding to a follow-up text request and mentioned that my smile is relaxed due to the Dysport. That was all. When it became apparent from the comparison photos that my smile was, in fact, affected, the technician shifted the focus to say, "But it really helped with your "upper face wrinkles" which I never considered myself to have lol. I typically see a doctor for Botox, and even when I use the term crow's feet, my doctor takes the opportunity to educate me by using the proper medical term. While I understand that a technician is not a physician, it was still highly unprofessional and off-putting for someone who solicited feedback to then use my own photos to label parts of my face as "wrinkly" in an attempt to justify their work. If a professional cannot receive honest patient feedback without reacting defensively, they should reconsider conducting follow-ups altogether. As a medical professional, they are also held to a standard of bedside manner, and failure to uphold that standard can warrant a report to the appropriate licensing body. Patients seeking cosmetic procedures are often particularly sensitive about their appearance, and for a provider to make them feel worse is dangerous.
