The doctor did a very thorough exam, taking her time and she seemed genuinely concerned for my health. This was a huge improvement over my experience a year ago. He explained it was called melasma and it's normal. I do wear sunscreen but he prescribed something to help lessen the darkness of the spots & said to wear hat anytime going into the sun. He asked if I had any other concerns. I showed him to skin tags he said he could take them off but I decided not to. Finally I told him I was having a problem over the last year of finding a deodorant that works for me. He explained you have wash you pits with something stronger than just dove. He also subscribed me something to help he me on track so I wouldn't be so self conscious about BO. I felt he was very professional & listened to all my questions & concerns. All of the staff was very nice. You should check them out yourself!

She walked into the exam room and within less than five minutes begins to tell my mother she should have a walker, she has Parkinson's, my mom should double up on her medication, and see a physical therapist. She then proceeded to try to complete a muscle test which I asked her not to do as this had no bearing on why we were there. We were there to have two spots on my mother's face checked. I couldn't believe what I was hearing or the entire experience. The way this Dr. so blaise stated all the of the above-mentioned things with spending less than 10 minutes with her and it had nothing to do with why we were there. I left discouraged and upset so I called the office, and they stated they would have corporate call me. Dr. Lyde called me back to apologize but then stood by how she conducted herself and well within her scope as a doctor she has to look at the big picture. Then she said we should find another doctor and proceeded to hang up on me. I am filing a formal complaint and leaving this review as I don't believe any doctor should tell someone to double up on their medication, especially with not being informed of their medical history and not their physician. What would have happened if I wasn't there and she went home and double up her medication?!?

Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves and her assistant making fun of me for telling her that I was putting tea tree oil on the spot I was concerned about...it's only worked for thousands of years but yaaaaa SCIENCE (eye roll) 3. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Rude is an understatement. 4. I have her remove a small mole above my eyebrow. When I take the bandage off the very next day, THE MOLE IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! I'm hit with a bill for hundreds of dollars for something that is still very much there. Hmmm...curious who's mole she sent to get biopsied? 5. I call billing...explain I'm not paying for the mole removal or biopsy, but happy to pay for the visit. The lady is very kind and says she needs to speak with the office about how they want to proceed. They call me back WEEKS later and basically tell me to F off and that the bill needs to be paid in full. So ya...maybe go to ANY other doctor and practice. I posted a pic that I just took where my mole is very much there. I am reporting the practice and the doctor. I hope it was worth it for them. Dr. Quinby-Graves, you suck

Wasn't until I got home, did I realize he did not treat it. So, I ended up setting another appointment with another dermatologist as the spot was biopsied to be Basil Cell Cancer. Remember, this is why I was referred to his office! How in the world could he miss it??? It gets even better............ He missed another spot on my forearm that was also biopsied, and it turned out to be Squamous Cell Cancer. Ended up seeing a third Dermatologist who performed MOHL's Surgery to remove the growth he completely missed. Believe it or not, if that isn't enough to stay away...... He was not in my network so instead of paying my normal deductible, he charged me full price as my insurance does not cover out of network physicians. My opinion is low class for not telling me my insurance was not valid at that office, also if the cancer had not been caught and spread? Not cool! Any good attorneys out there? Honestly in disbelief and do not say you were not warned. Denny
