Terrible business, untrustworthy owner and subpar work. I lost $185 to this "company" (if you can…read moreeven call it that). I had a synthetic rug that needed a pet stain removed, simple right? Mr. Ibarra's technique of carpet cleaning is NOT a correct method of carpet cleaning; he took my rug out to my patio and sprayed it down (after doing my own research, this method only spreads the urine/stain and does not provide a proper cleaning) and told me to wait 2 hours before bringing it inside. As you can see in the screenshots, when the inadequate result was brought to his attention, he literally "ghosts" me (after all, I already Zelled him the money). Text messages unanswered, phone calls go straight to voicemail and even after threatening to report him, nothing. Mr. Ibarra is a swindler and a crook. Beware.

I selected His and Hers Rooftop Solutions based on a recommendation from my neighbor who just had…read moretheir roof done. My neighbor said he loved the process from start to finish and was happy with their work so I thought it would be a safe bet for me to use them. With dozens of roofers knocking on my door it's so hard to know who to trust. From the very first contact from His and Hers Rooftop Solutions, I was treated with respect, kept informed and even educated on the re-roofing and insurance process. Axel and Gabe were fantastic to work with. From first inspection to final install took about a month. Most of the delay was waiting for the city permit so I could submit the change to my HOA before I could book the install. This is the second roof I have put on my house and this time was so much better than the first. Install started around 7:30 am and they were done by early afternoon (For reference my house is around 4,000 S.F.) I was very happy with their attention to detail making sure my rooftop vents were installed plumb and gave my fireplace vent a fresh coat of paint so it blended better with the new roof. They also did a pre and post attic inspection and made sure any vents that got knocked loose were reconnected. Their clean-up process was thorough as they made sure to pick up every little scrap of trash and every nail. I used a bar magnet on the street in front of my house after they left and couldn't find any nails. Axel did a great job in keeping my out of pocket cost down even though I had a 2% deductible. Even with the lower cost, they installed a beautiful class 3 roof that should be more durable than my last. Gabe filled out the necessary paperwork that I needed to send to my insurance company to get me a reduction on my insurance premium. I highly recommend this company and they will be on my speed dial for the next time I need a replacement roof. They really made the whole process easier.

On the plus side, they were very thorough in their work and am happy with the job they did. They came out to fix my dryer outlet which had sparked. My electrician, Dennis, told me to replace my breaker box which I didn't have money for at the time. Well, lo and behold, I get the darn thing replaced when my kitchen catches an electrical fire and shorts out. They were prompt in coming out when they said they would, which I really appreciate. Dennis was very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and gave me an estimate that sames comparable to what I'd find out there. He finished the job in the time he has given me. I was very satisfied with the work he did. I just hope I won't have to call them again. No offense to them.

We have been having issues with the electric in our rental for a few weeks, and the landlord said he would take care of it eventually. However the dryer went out last week, the heat/ac kept going in and out and this morning I woke up to no hot water. That was the last straw so I decided to take care of it myself. I called about 20 other companies listed on yelp and left messages, Dennis was the first to call back. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on his past experiences with what I was describing, and he got here within an hour! He explained (in terms I could actually understand) that 3 of the breakers were burned out and even showed me. He suggested that the whole breaker box be replaced because of it's age and deterioration (but we went for the easy fix for now). But here's the best part, I knew he was a good guy when he fought with our landlord over the phone to do the right thing. He said he knew how landlords can be and that he was not going to leave our place in this condition because it was a potential fire hazard. He worked with us and our landlord and stuck around until it was all taken care of. He was very professional, but also a very nice regular guy. Also, being a woman in a home alone, he was very nonthreatening (he even told me about the Halloween party they were having for his kids tonight). So if you need someone who knows what they're doing and will do a quality job and guarantee the lowest price... Dennis Perry is your guy!
