Pro Source Installations, LLC is the ONLY place you need to call for all of your home improvement…read moreneeds. We recently called on them to replace padding & install new carpet in our home, and to update flooring in a guest bathroom. Eric Penman (owner/operator) was not only professional and honest, he was attentive to detail and made certain we were completely satisfied and happy with each step of our remodel. He took the time to explain what he and his team were doing along the way, leaving us feeling 110% confident in this company's skills and abilities to pull off a somewhat complicated installation. We were not "surprised" with any extra fees or charges (something we had experienced on several occasions with other companies). What Eric quoted is what we paid...he worked with our budget and was even able to provide us with different flooring options to choose from for the guest bath. We picked from a selection of faux wood covering for that bathroom and it looks BEAUTIFUL!! We can't say enough great things about this company!

I was referred to Fox River Granite via a mom group, and I have nothing but great things to say…read moreabout David and his team. Consider this your mom friend recommendation. I got several estimates from general contractors to renovate our entire home, but ultimately I decided to go with this company based on the recommendation and the open, honest, and (most importantly) comfortable communication. This is something that should strongly be considered since you're going to be back and forth with this person multiple times a day. David is not only knowledgeable in the industry, he's very honest and fair (a rarity in the contracting world). They literally helped me achieve my home dreams and went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. Some of the things I requested weren't possible to achieve but they always figured a workaround that not only worked, but looks amazing. The tile work they did on my bathroom is flawless -- and I picked a design that is very difficult to achieve. They fixed the entire interior of my home and we are over the moon with how it turned out. I'm definitely referring Fox River Granite to all of my friends and family and turning to them for any future projects.

I have bought a few counter tops from this company over the years. My current countertop will be…read morethe last time I ever do business with this company. We picked out a counter but it took a week for them to get our check to clear the bank. After that, another week went by and no word about install date. When I called, you can't leave a message because they're voice mailbox is always full. If you try to contact them online, there's an error that won't let you do that either. I got ahold of someone on 1/12/26 and they said it was scheduled for 1/16/25 between 8-9am. I called back and asked if we could get it installed sooner because no one could be there that day. They said they would find out and call me back. I never heard back from them so I figured they would come out on the regular scheduled day. Around noon on 1/16/25 I called and asked when they were coming because I took the day off in order to be there. The installer texted me and said it was rescheduled for 1/19/26 because he was told 1/16/26 was cancelled by the customer. I told him I never cancelled anything. Someone was supposed to contact me but never did! The installer said he would see what he could do and he would call me back. He never did!! I never heard a word from anyone all weekend. I called them at 10am on 1/19/26 to find out when it was going to be installed. They said between 11am and noon. I won't hold my breath. I have dealt with lots of contractors and vendors over the years because we have several rentals, but this lack of customer service is pretty bad. This will be the last time we use them or refer anyone to them.

My initial experience with the sales representative (dirty nasty liar) and project management team…read more(incompetent) was beyond frustrating. After months of excuses, lack of communication, and being repeatedly ghosted, I had lost almost all confidence in the company and began wondering if I had been taken advantage of. However, once Tyler, the owner, caught wind of it, he was upstanding, professional, and genuinely concerned about my experience. He personally took the time to understand the issues, stayed engaged throughout the process, and made sure things were addressed. From my perspective, it became clear that the information Tyler was receiving did not fully reflect what I had been experiencing as a customer. Once he became directly involved and saw the situation for himself, things changed dramatically. It's easy for an owner to stay removed from customer problems, but Tyler did the opposite. His willingness to take accountability, cut through the noise, and work toward a resolution is the reason I'm updating this review and giving credit where it's due.

I had to work with another person within that company and Informed I submitted and printed what I personally was required to do. Due to the time crunch and ongoing weather I had to go elsewhere that would submit to my mortgage company the documents they are requesting same day. When informing the sales person that I had to find someone who was able to get it done through my mortgage and all within the same day. He proceeds to say I "backstab" the deal. Mind you we have been trying to get this processing for a whole month now. I know sometimes paperwork can be tricky and processing things takes time but the way they talk to you after is unprofessional. I even messaged them on Facebook as well and relaying a message about the response but ended up getting a response saying "how can we help you if you never pick up or not respond" I cannot pick up my phone or respond during my work hours. I'm a healthcare worker and cannot answer as I am assisting patients. They were quick to try to turn it on me not addressing what I originally messaged them about. I never shifted blame on anyone but needed to do what I had to do in order to stop more potential damage to my home. I am usually not the one to post reviews but sometimes things need to get said. They have left an impression. You win some and you lose some, but does not mean you have to be bitter. Hopefully they can control their frustrations on past/potential clients in the future. Below are the photos of messages I had with the sales person (via iMessage) and to inform the owner (business chat on Facebook who I check was the owner of the company) as you can read this is no way to talk to potential clients. Hopefully you can see that they care more about putting blame on someone rather than taking accountability for the way they speak.
