He gets that the business is as much about relationships as it is about honesty, integrity and just making your customers feel appreciated. I have bought some beautiful pieces and very fair prices here and am always anxious to see what is coming up in his next auctions. My mother hired Consignment Crush to manage her estate sale beginning in February 2025. After approximately 10 months of attempting to obtain information, responses, and payment owed, I sent a formal demand letter requesting immediate payment. When I received no response, I went to the store in person to address the matter directly. Randy acknowledged that the 15-day payment term had not been honored. He also admitted they do not maintain computerized systems, accounting records, or inventory tracking of items sold, including pricing or timelines. My family's lifetime of belongings was sold at 80% off - AKA "garage sale" prices. Previous review: It is absolutely impossible to get paid your money from them. After months of follow up we did finally receive one check, but yet again have been trying for months to get the second payment.
