Excellent insight and specific care for my situation. Results were spot on with both mental,…read morephysical, and practical positive results. I have been seeing Dr. Peter Van Dyke for 15+ years (per a referral from my counselor) and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Peter Van Dyke is one of such doctors. Over the time he was my doctor, he showed me what a kind, Christian psychiatrist looked like. He was compassionate, always ready to listen, and attentive to my fears and concerns. From the moment I walked into his office, saddled with my baggage of emotional trauma, he was warm and welcoming while remaining professional throughout. He listened to me attentively as I spoke about my countless struggles with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, schizophrenia, and complex PTSD. During this time, what stands out the most is his genuine car e for his patients. His expertise in understanding the human psychology and how to address the challenges that spring up is combined with an empathetic approach, making me feel comfortable and safe during this period. What I appreciate the most is his thoroughness, ensuring that I had full disclosure on every treatment module available to me. He helped me understand the outcome of each of these options available to me. Overall, Dr. Van Dyke is a highly skilled, kind, and thoughtful psychiatrist who places his patients' comfort at the top of his priorities. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a psychiatrist that ensures your comfort while providing quality psychiatric care all round. -Shenita Etwaroo

He listens to me and sees me as a person instead of just a list of symptoms to be medicated away. Amy Kline provides an outstanding compliment to Dr. Vas. If you could describe someone as loving and professional, that would be Amy Kline. I've been going to this practice for about three years now, and I feel lucky to have found it. Also, the administration/office issues have been resolved for a long time.

I want to start by saying that my experience with my provider, Susie, was excellent. She was…read morepatient, informative, and very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. My concerns are with the administrative and billing side of the practice. When I initially became a client of WCP, I initially received needed testing. Later, I needed documentation completed and was informed that I would need to schedule a meeting with my provider to complete the required form. Upon entering that appointment, I was informed about a newer, more updated assessment that the office now uses. I was highly encouraged and offered the option to take that additional test at a discounted rate, since I had already completed the prior version. I agreed and completed the assessment that day and paid the amount, which meant the original purpose of the appointment (completing the form) was not addressed. The following day, I had a second appointment to complete the form via telehealth, during which we went through it together and I answered the necessary questions. After the form was ready for pickup, I was informed of additional charges for both visits, each, that had not been communicated beforehand. While I understand the charge for the appointment where the form was completed, I was surprised by the additional charge for the first visit, where the only activity was being offered and completing another assessment. When I sought clarification, the interaction became unprofessional and dismissive, which was disappointing. Julie then got extremely unprofessional with me in a heated back and forth discussion and asked me "Aren't you about to become an attorney?" Very Unprofessional. Since I am CURRENTLY a lawyer, I will be fighting against this charge. Julie, you need to do better as a professional and as a person. Overall, my concern is with the lack of transparency around billing and the professionalism in handling the discussion around it. I hope the office can improve clarity and communication going forward.
