We only hired Alfredo for the cabinets and floors. When I spoke to Alfredo originally, he mentioned that we should have hired him for the whole project-thank goodness we did not! When meeting with Alfredo, my husband specifically asked for higher quality drawer soft close mechanics, and he said that it would some brand called "Blum". We even told him we would pay extra so ensure that it would be top of the line. Within a couple months of installation, all of the ones in our closets starting having problems and would not close properly. Now, our kitchen cabinets all have problems as wells. In addition to the quality of the cabinets, we had such a time delay of our project all due to Bella Closets. I believe we were delayed at least an additional 4 months. I remember the only competent employee that they had was Tania. Everyone else did not know what was happening.
