Our group needed transportation for the day to Seminole Casino in Immokalee. Not only were they punctual but they provided top-notch customer service! They were kind, courteous, and entertained us with good-hearted jokes that left us with smiles on our faces for the rest of the day. The only downside was the pickup time, very early, return time very late. One tire had a blowout near Ellington Mall and we were taken there by another bus until the tire was replaced. If you don't want to drive for 5 hours or have a 14 day cruise (parking $308 + gas and tolls), take the bus.

Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.
