I hired this company take my elderly mother to the grocery store once a week I paid $210 plus a $50 tip weekly to a total of $260 at the end before my mother passed a month ago he was taking my money and not even taking her to the store this is not acceptable to me that is pure fraud as far as I'm concerned I will never use this company again and he has to answer to a bigger person the good Lord upstairs read more

Ben, the owner was fabulous! He had bottled water and Jelly Roll playing when he picked us up. we went to dinner and the concert and it was a very fun and smooth ride! We've already booked him again. read more

We used Ben's service for a wedding and while the vehicles were very nice our experience was not good. We reserved a large bus for the evening to take guests back to hotel at the scheduled time and the bus was not there. It showed up 20 mins late and Ben was not on-site to assist. We paid hourly for the bus to avoid this problem and have not received a follow-up regarding our concerns even though we pre-paid in full. read more

Professional company from start to finish. From the booking process to the actual ride service provided was excellent.

You will not find a better car service at any price than Ben Brown and his AllPro Towncar service. He is super reliable. Super accommodating. And just a really nice guy. If you need car service, call nobody else but AllPro Towncar service. They are fabulous. We have used them to go to football games, to the airport, we even used them way back when at our wedding. Top, top, top quality service. Ben and his team are "money in the bank." Highly recommended read more

Ben was prompt and very friendly! Easy to schedule a ride to and from the airport. Very reasonably priced.

This is the 6th time I have used this service for transportation to and from the airport. Pickups from my home have always been prompt. My flights were confirmed and tracked for flight arrivals, and I was given the option to have the driver meet me by the luggage claim or walk to the garage where the vehicle was waiting. Travel day communications were by text. The car was air-conditioned, full tank of gas, and immaculate on my arrival. As always, the driver was courteous, friendly, and professional. I plan to use this service indefinitely. I have come to rely on AllPro for my airport transportation needs, and I appreciate that I never have to worry that the car and driver will be late -- especially during busy periods. read more

Outstanding service. On time and professional. Could not ask for more. Met us at the airport. Vehicle was clean. We will use this service again. read more

There are not enough stars to say how amazing and helpful AllPro Towncar was when helping us with a very last-minute, late night request for transportation from Clearwater to Orlando for our 94 year-old "Aunt Nancy" during hurricane Milton. Benjamin coordinated with us by text messages to setup transportation while he himself was evacuating! And Fernando the driver was stellar! Nancy's late husband was a chauffeur in NYC, and Fernando immediately impressed her with his suit and tie on pickup, and the fantastic conversation on their drive to Orlando. Thank you so much AllPro Towncar - you are the absolute BEST, and we are so thankful to have found such a great partner in AllPro Towncar. read more

Worked with owner Ben every step of the way to book a bus for Gator football game. It can be difficult booking for a large group but Ben provided great assistance. The bus was very clean and driver was accommodating and kind! Will use AllPro for future trips! read more

AllPro Towncar did a great job and made the pick up/drop off seamless. The driver was on time, extremely helpful and most importantly, responsive. He texted me to keep me updated on where he was and what time he was coming. He would confirm the day before and helped with the bags. Benjamin and his team continuously followed up with me and were very flexible with any changes I had. The bus was clean, large and felt comfortable! read more

The owner of this company, Ben Brown, called me back immediately, helping us to arrange a car service for a special birthday night out. His driver, Fernando, arrived on time, was friendly and pleasant. He wore a mask as did we. Thank you for driving us for a pleasant night out! read more

Highly recommend! Quick responses from Ben when I requested a quote the day before services were needed. Also offers options for receiving a quote - "click to schedule" calendar option to discuss your needs but also available for quick messages back and forth (like if you're trying to get this scheduled in between the nine million other things you need to do before vacation! ). Ben was also quick to respond when I needed a last minute change to pickup time. Very convenient booking and payment process. Was able to book round trip which was great. Our driver Steve was fantastic. Punctual and communicated well when I had questions. We rented the sprinter van for seven adults, two kids and a whole lot of luggage. Very spacious and comfortable. I will be a repeat customer! read more

All Pro Towncar gave me excellent customer service when I came to the Tampa/Clearwater area for a Girls Trip with my Sorority. They were responsible for transportation to and from the airport and everything was done with ease. The driver texted as we landed and was ready at baggage claim to assist with luggage. All the vehicles were very clean and spacious and the drivers were very knowledgeable of the area and gave great recommendations for dinner and brunch. I would definitely use their services when traveling to the Tampa Bay Area again. read more

They had the best prices of all the services I checked and were right on time with picking up and dropping off at the airport. The drivers are very friendly, especially Cindy, who pointed out some great spots to visit during our stay in Clearwater. Would certainly use them again. read more

Ben and his team were great. We traveled to Clearwater Beach from NY and had fantastic pick up and drop off from the airport to our hotel and back. AllPro was easy to book, reliable, great at communicating during pick ups and drop offs and worth the affordable price. read more

I've used AllPro twice already and they will be my "go to" car service from now on when I'm in the Tampa/Clearwater area. They are professional, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced! The cars were great...big and roomy and spotlessly clean. Ben was a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them! read more

I deliberately chose this company after being told this would be a meeting at Baggage Claim. I gave them the mobile phone number of the traveler for communication day of. The driver instead was calling my number from the cellphone lot while the traveler was waiting and had never been given the other number or other details. It appears communication and attention to detail with this company is sorely lacking and would avoid using them as there are many other options. I wouldn't trust them. read more

I needed a ride to and from the airport on separate days, both with a car seat. Ben was quick to respond and easily accommodated us. He communicated several times before our trip putting my mind at ease that they'd be there. He drove us one day and Fernando drove us another day - they were both amazingly friendly and enjoyable. We had a great experience, thank you! read more

Ben gave us a tour of the area after picking us up at the airport. We are in town for a family reunion. He's very knowledgeable of the area attractions and gave us tips on where to eat within walking distance of our hotel. Will definitely be using this service again! read more

Pick up for airport arrived early and was extremely pleasant and helpful in the very early morning. Pick up at Airport was great despite it being Thanksgiving weekend and Tampa airport was extremely busy. Took care of loading our luggage and drove carefully both ways. Highly recommend them! read more

We used this company for transportation for our wedding. Our driver was asked to pick up my brother as we had a hour of downtime. Unfortunately the driver ignored the request and we had to pay for an Uber which was ridiculous. Furthermore the driver waited around once he dropped us off expecting what we felt like was an additional tip, my poor mom still went ahead and tipped him. The owner emailed asking how things went and I made mention of having to pay for an Uber and he didn't reply. In all honesty the tip we paid initially probably would've been a great compensation back. read more

AllPro Towncar was outstanding. Called them at 6:45 pm and they picked me up same night at 12:20am and brought me 30 min away. Highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Fantastic car service. I flew in for the weekend and had an early flight out of Tampa. Ben, the owner of the company, was very responsive to all of my emails and concerns on catching a very early flight. He helped me estimate how much time it would take to get to the airport and sent texts confirming he was on his way and parked right out front when he arrived. If I am in the Tampa area again, I will make sure to use them! read more

DISCLAIMER: I did NOT use the service but the owner was incredibly patient and professional with my questions. My wife and I were going out to dinner for a "First Parental Meet & Greet" with my son's new girlfriend. I thought it would be funny to arrive in a limousine (to freak _him_ out) so I began researching limo companies. Here's my short review: Ben was patient and professional throughout the entire process even when I figured the price of admission was more that the return on "funny." Based on that professionalism, he will be my first call next time. read more

Ben from AllPro was awesome even though we never used his service. Unfortunately, because of the Covid we had to cancel our vacation but he refunded our money promptly. He also called me on the morning of the day we were scheduled to arrive just to confirm everything which I thought was so nice and professional. From the moment I had booked the service inquiring about needing a car seat Ben was always helpful, friendly, and patient. I will definitely be using his car service once we can safely travel again. read more
