We used Ben's service for a wedding and while the vehicles were very nice our experience was not good. We reserved a large bus for the evening to take guests back to hotel at the scheduled time and the bus was not there. It showed up 20 mins late and Ben was not on-site to assist. We paid hourly for the bus to avoid this problem and have not received a follow-up regarding our concerns even though we pre-paid in full. read more

This is the 6th time I have used this service for transportation to and from the airport. Pickups from my home have always been prompt. My flights were confirmed and tracked for flight arrivals, and I was given the option to have the driver meet me by the luggage claim or walk to the garage where the vehicle was waiting. Travel day communications were by text. The car was air-conditioned, full tank of gas, and immaculate on my arrival. As always, the driver was courteous, friendly, and professional. I plan to use this service indefinitely. The driver instead was calling my number from the cellphone lot while the traveler was waiting and had never been given the other number or other details. It appears communication and attention to detail with this company is sorely lacking and would avoid using them as there are many other options. I wouldn't trust them. read more

We used this company for transportation for our wedding. Our driver was asked to pick up my brother as we had a hour of downtime. Unfortunately the driver ignored the request and we had to pay for an Uber which was ridiculous. Furthermore the driver waited around once he dropped us off expecting what we felt like was an additional tip, my poor mom still went ahead and tipped him. The owner emailed asking how things went and I made mention of having to pay for an Uber and he didn't reply. In all honesty the tip we paid initially probably would've been a great compensation back. read more

We made a reservation in February for a June bachelorette party. We prepaid and received a receipt. On the day we were supposed to be picked up, we called and tried to confirm. Carlington told us that someone would be there at 8, no other instructions. At 8:10, we called to inquire where the driver was. Keep in mind, we made reservations and planned our night on having our limo from 8pm-2am. My friend, who made the actual reservation, called three times and each time was sent to voicemail. I called (a number they didn't recognize) and they immediately picked up. We asked where the driver was and was informed there was an oversight. He said he could send a car in 30 more minutes (not a lot of trust in this company at this point) or issue a refund. So we asked for a refund. We haven't received it yet. So, really disappointed, ruining a bachelorette party, and now out $700. Thanks for nothing! read more

This was the worst limo company! In the beginning "Ben" was nice which of course was due to getting my money for the terrible service I received. I was quoted for 4 hours with a red carpet request to surprise my daughter for her 19th birthday. Only to find out, 30 minutes before the arrival that they were "too busy" to fulfill the red carpet request! This was very upsetting as this was a special touch I wanted for my daughter's surprise. Then to add to the terrible experience, the limo driver Terrance was rushing us by constantly texting me starting at 5:08 asking if we were ready when the pick up time wasn't until 5:30pm! By this time, I was already upset about the red carpet and irritated about Terrance rushing us. While on the way to the restaurant, the blue tooth kept cutting off so Terrance had to reset it and it still didn't work. We tried for 10 minutes to get it to work and after constantly touching the bluetooth button, it finally came back on. Lastly, when the driver picked us up after our diner reservation, I asked him if he could take us around some scenic view areas since we weren't familiar with Florida, he surprisingly had no recommendations what so ever which was very disturbing when your a limousine driver. This was an experience I will never forget as it didn't meet any of my request or expectations. I shared my frustration with Ben about the red carpet issue and was told that he would give me a call to further discuss and he would issue me some type of credit for the inconvenience and I have yet to hear from him.
