There were a few setbacks with painting and electrical, however, it happens with a big project as a lot of different workers and trades are involved, but John would always own up to his or other people's mistake and make it right. It needed the sand REPLACED after the power washing washed it away. The labor men were just doing what they were told: power wash, seal and paint. Period.
